The paths we walk are changing ever
if we choose to see
a small thing gone,

amongst the busyness
as we go about our business.

The small things
that make up life:
missed.
Our eyes seek lies
to feel alive
with righteous anger,
while small things die
under feet
unguided
by the slightest care
for another.
