Recently, I had many problems with the FIRE element so I lost much battles with this element. For this weekly challenge I played many battles with FIRE, I lost and won, and I'm going to share this battle that I used our themed card in it. Welcome to www.splinterlands.com

Who is DJINN APPRENTICE?

It is a common monster from the FIRE unit.
Mana Cap: 5. Health: 4. Speed: 2. Attack: 2 Magic. And it has no abilities.

Let's talk about lineups.

The opponent's lineup:

1- CURSED WENDIKU. 2- GOLEM BONE. 3- SILENT SHA-VI. 4- LIFE SAPPER. 5- DEATH ELEMENTAL. 6- DISINTEGRATOR.

My lineup & strategy:

1- GRUM FLAMEBLADE.

This monster is amazing. I can depend on it to be my destructive tank. It can resist Magic attack with its Armor and get stronger by its Bloodlust ability.

2- TECHNOWIZOLOGIST.

It is a new monster in my collection. It was the first time I use this monster. It will help by its Magic attack to hurt the opponent's tank and stun it by the Stun ability.

3- DJINN APPRENTICE.

In most if my battles with the FIRE element I use this monster. I always prefer to hit opponent's tank by Magic.

4- TENYII STRIKER.

This monster is very important to hit the backlines. The Sneak ability will hurt the opponent's last monster.

5- MAGI OF CHAOS.

The previous themed card in the challenge. I thought that I can win the battle by using it with the two other Magic attack monsters.

6- LIVING LAVA.

Usually, I use this monster as a tank, but this time I decided to make it in the rear to make the opponent's Sneak attacks useless.

And my Summoner was PYRE. When Summoners can't help, better to choose a Summoner with lower Mana Cost.

ROUND 1:

DEATH ELEMENTAL hit TECHNOWIZOLOGIST by its Snipe ability, CURSED WENDIKU hit my tank, SILENT SHA-VI hit LIVING LAVA by its Sneak ability. MGAI OF CHAOS, DJINN APPRENTICE, and TECHNOWIZOLOGIST hit CURSED WENDIKU. LIFE SAPPER hit my tank, and TENYII STRIKER hit DISINTEGRATOR before GRUM FLAMEBLADE fail to hit CURSED WENDIKU.

ROUND 2:

Again, TECHNOWIZOLOGIST, GRUM FLAMEBLADE, and LIVING LAVA recieved hits by DEATH ELEMENTAL, CURSED WENDIKU, and SILENT SHA-VI. CURSED WENDIKU got eliminated after two hits from MGAI OF CHAOS and DJINN APPRENTICE. TECHNOWIZOLOGIST hit the opponent's new tank and Stunned it. LIFE SAPPER hit my tank, and TENYII STRIKER hit DISINTEGRATOR again. GRUM FLAMEBLADE hit GOLEM BONE.

ROUND 3:

DEATH ELEMENTAL and SILENT SHA-VI repeated their attacks on TECHNOWIZOLOGIST and LIVING LAVA before my Magic attack monsters hit GOLEM BONE and LIFE SAPPER hit my tank. TENYII STRIKER repeated its Sneak attack on DISINTEGRATOR. GRUM FLAMEBLADE eliminated GOLEM BONE and get its first Bloodlust in this battle.

ROUND 4:

DEATH ELEMENTAL eliminated TECHNOWIZOLOGIST. SILENT SHA-VI hit my tank and recieved a hit from MGAI OF CHAOS before LIFE SAPPER hit my tank. SILENT SHA-VI got eliminated after two hits by DJINN APPRENTICE and GRUM FLAMEBLADE. TENYII STRIKER hit DISINTEGRATOR.

ROUND 5:

DEATH ELEMENTAL hit DJINN APRENTICE, GRUM FLAMEBLADE eliminated LIFE SAPPER. MAGI OF CHAOS eliminated DEATH ELEMENTAL. DISINTEGRATOR recieved a hit from DJINN APPRENTICE and got eliminated by TENYII STRIKER.

AND I WON THE BATTLE. 🔥

My impression:

My strategy obviously worked correctly, because my choice of LIVING LAVA in the last position made the Sneak attacks ineffective, and ths Stun ability affected GOLEM BONE and did not allow it to attack, also my tank GRUM FLAMEBLADE withstood the opponent's attacks thanks to its armor and abilities, Bloodlust and Void Armor. TENYII STRIKER also made DISINTEGRATOR weak thanks to the Sneak ability.

DJINN APPRENTICE:

This monster is powerful, it helped me win because it has 2 Magic attack, and 4 Health which makes it able to resist some Stealth hits. I always use this monster when I play with the FIRE element.
