Splinterlands Multi Accounting

There are arguments on both sides of the multi account coin, I only recently started really using my 2nd and then 3rd account with the arrival of Frontier, but I'm probably going to continue to use them and may even add more in the future, although I don't know if I'll ever be able to use them all to their full potential!

The way I see multi accounting is you have to have the assets (or funds to rent them) and the time to use all the energy they provide, yes you can bot 1,000's of accounts in wild but that's a different discussion although they still have the same issue of assets/funds/energy, so I just think its part of the way different players play the game. When I'm playing I usually try and run 2 accounts simultaneously, normally 1 in modern and 1 in frontier just to avoid getting matched up against each other (don't want to be seen as win trading) - would be great if multi accounts could be registered somewhere and blocked from being drawn against each other.

The current set up that I am going to work towards over the coming months is to have the three accounts act as follows:

• Doombot75 will work on Land, play Modern with a silver/intermediate deck (or Wild with a bot if I'm struggling for time) Frontier, Tournaments and Brawls.

• Doombot75a will play Modern (hopefully a silver deck) and Frontier and Brawls.

• Phoenix Reborn will play Frontier and Brawls.

Keeping track of all this and doing my day job is probably going to be a headache but thankfully @beaker007 has his great multi account dashboard and there is also Splinterhub to help visualise the data.

I personally prefer Beakers site as it's good to see an overview of all the accounts next to each other, the new addition of being able to see collections in one place makes the site even better in my opinion.

For example - in 3 clicks I can see that I am wasting my lvl 5 GF Tidal Tsunamist on Doombot75, this should be being delegated to Doombot75a and I could also then delegate lvl 4 Regular foil to Phoenix Reborn making the card distribution the most effective, while transferring the Tidal Tsunamist from Doombot75a to Doombot75 and getting closer to being able to combine to a level 5, simple.

For the super lazy amongst us (me included) the only thing better would be seeing all accounts on 1 page, not entirely sure how that would work, especially if you had more accounts than me, or how difficult it would actually be to code 🙂

My one wish/recommendation for the multi account dashboard layouts would be that the guild brawl details could be added, just so I could make sure I had signed up for my brawls and submitted my battles, its fun joining guilds and a great way to meet new people in the game but its also easy to forget the brawl on my third account and end up letting people down.

As I said above, some people will be against multi accounting, I'm never going to be a whale in the game and the step from a silver deck to a gold deck is still quite large so I would rather have fun in bronze and silver with multiple accounts than just play one silver account, this also adds a bit of complexity to it, remembering what abilities I have on each account is sometimes annoying when you reach for a card only to realise, in Tideborn Tsunamist case above, you dont have repair...
