Phoenix Reborn - The struggle begins

Well we are on day 3 of our journey to Modern Silver 1, playing on a weekend makes a difference! I started about 3 hours earlier than usual and my first 6 matches gave a record of 1-5!

Was beginning to think my Dread Tafarian/Mad Gearhead line up needed to change but then the turn around put me at 5-6 and the first reward of the day which was the game changing reward - Mystic Scaleweaver!

The decision that needs to be made, do I sell it and buy 10 frontier packs? At this point that seems like the best way to improve my deck, but that would also mean needing to buy the spell book and as I want to be in the best position to benefit from the 30 day SPS boost I think we will hold off and use the scaleweaver to improve my win rates (hopefully!)

A 10-8 record got me to my target of 2 daily rewards inside an hours worth of play after continuing to put my faith in the nature element but the rewards were a couple of commons so still on hunt for archons.

We are closing in on being able to play in modern and start earning some glint towards expanding our collection even more - only 50 odd games to go

My hope was that one of the discords I posted on would have accepted a low level account but not as yet, so I’ll try and join one and hope they need a frontier player.
