Welcoming the devastation of a war - Modern Warfare® 2
Maybe you are not going to believe the fact that at this point I have not played this instalment of Cod, maybe I overlooked that this little gem is one of the best that defined new mechanics that are now standard in the war genre of shooters.
But as long as I have the desire to play it will never be too late to enjoy these mythical titles, I want to clarify that I already played the previous instalment of this one, however, I was perplexed with the story and the outcome of a modern war where your allies can change sides at any moment.
I have to accept that the environment is improved by far unlike the first cod mw, since there are more actions in the base from the time zero of the tutorial that gave me a good welcome, because you realize that the brotherhood of brothers fighting is present while some play in their leisure time, others do their work as repairing cars.  Here you can see how there is more variety of activities in the military base, I love this, because it makes this place feel more alive somehow.  I loved this scene, as a soldier was enjoying a cigarette, in a distracted pose looking at the horizon.  The weapons instructor gave me some weapons to choose from and as you should know the tutorial got underway, with obvious differences in scenarios and in this case some civilian posters appeared on the track, which makes me think that civilians will be more present in the cities of this instalment. I'll be honest, I repeated this training circuit a few times just to see what would happen if I made the best time, but I didn't get more than a few compliments from the instructor....  Suddenly a truck with soldiers arrived at the base, this, it was time for action, so the video game begins as such.   Already at the front, in the middle of the war, after a crazy entrance very much in the Cod style, I see some enemies crossing the bridge. A detail that I will not overlook is that a soldier in the middle of the chaos is eating a chocolate bar quietly, he must be so used to it that this is familiar, hahaha.  I tried to face some soldiers covering my chest to the ground, I don't know if it's because at the beginning everything is simple, but the weapon I have has very good precision.  The building across the bridge was swarming with enemies, so soon an area attack took over in order to move forward.  And just what I told you about, some civilians were present a little more closely, even has very good animations, because obviously they are frightened to see our armoured vehicles bursting into the city.  And as you must already know, riding in armoured vehicles in cod is synonymous that sooner or later we will be shot down, and so it happened that the transport was blown up by an enemy RPG.   I shake off the dust and start the mission to control this city; however, I see an interesting point is that obviously there are new weapons that from the moment one make appear everywhere in the place, leaving you can try them at any time. A Glock with a burst cartridge was one of my favourites that was previously missing.  After advancing through the hamlet I arrived at a school that was now taken over by terrorist forces, an interesting contrast is that in order to enter the school we have to cross the playground that went from being an innocent place to being destroyed by the terror of war.  The classrooms were full of enemies, so one by one I had to clean them, ending up with a scenario of complete silence and blood everywhere, I just want to leave you this last screenshot of some soldiers who were killed for defending this place.  There are too many details improved at a glance, such as the visual section that improved a bit as well as the modeling of the characters.  Undoubtedly this installment renewed and brought a gameplay already seen before, but somehow they made it more fresh and fluid, in fact I feel that the pace is faster than the predecessor, now I would like to see the multiplayer and see if at this point is still alive on their servers, and if so I will bring it in another post for now I thank you for supporting my content.
