Yes - few magical ones. Still trying to see what ones are occupied. I see that I have 5 occupied but cannnoy see what ones that I have found yet.
The legendary occupied are more rare than castles, the few for sale are listed for $30K right now. Make sure to check if you got one of those!
Dope AF!!! Nice going. I wanted to get building and time like you did but right now I'm split 50/50 on DEC-B and DEC and I can't combine them apparently for the bonuses on surveying lol hopefully soon!
