Good morning and all the way to good evening I great you with abundance and joy. I'm hoping you had a great weekend. For me this weekend I did some vending in Leimert Park, California. Listening to great Oldies but goodies Shout out to the DJ! and eating delicious vegan food, I wouldn't say that I'm a vegan, I'm just a conscious eater, Also I spend some time drumming but my main focus was to sit and create a necklace and document it, and this is what I came up with.

This necklace starts with a nice chunk of pyrite which is also called fool's gold because back in the day, some unknowledgeable person thought it was gold and struck it rich. Pyrite is not gold, however, it does have great value. For instance, if you find yourself in a negative environment, and you have a piece of this in your pocket, it will help charge your aura with a powerful protective defense field to ward off any negativity around or within you physically, mentally, or emotionally. Pyrite is an earth element that brings about balance and action; I think that’s worth its weight and value more than gold. Just think about it, by having pyrite this mineral stone can be used to enhance one’s ability for action and to bring about balance which works wonders together.
Handcrafted copper wire links with quartz crystal, citrine, tigers’ eye and a pyrite pendant base.

My objective for this necklace was to use less copper wire as possible in casting the frame of the pyrite. I added 4 quartz crystals to support and amplify the power in this pendant. By combining pyrite and quartz crystal together, the wearer surrounds himself/herself with courage, clarity and confidence.

At this point of the creation, I added the chain links with quartz crystal. Adding quartz crystal to this necklace activates more light and clarity within and it brightens up and brings out the gold hues in the pyrite. If you notice, under the bezel, I have wrapped sterling silver wire to enhance the electromagnetic energy field. This brings a little bit more light and contrast to the necklace and the silver always stands out which I love.

At this point I see that this necklace is coming along very well. The quartz crystals brings in the light and the high energy combined with the pyrite which is a masculine grounding stone. It resonates high vibrations. At this point, I wanted to integrate notable character so I decided to add 2 Buddha head ornaments to bring out the characteristics of a great Bodhisattvas symbolizing enlightenment. On the top and bottom of the great Bodhisattvas, I placed a cluster of citrine crystal chips – citrine is an enhancement crystal that amplifies energy and it’s a great crystal for charging other crystals. I wanted to add as much energy in this creation as possible.

This necklace is almost complete. At the end, I added another set of Buddha heads, and at the top incorporated tigers’ eye. Tigers’ eye enhances stamina and perseverance which helps one push through to their objective – a little added boost for the person who wears it.
That's it for this creation! I hope you’ve enjoyed this share of my step-by-step approach from start to completion. My creations come from my heart. It’s very empowering creating with your hands and heart, this is a gift of love. Stay tuned for the next creation. Have a good day!
