General NFT frenzy

Hi, fellow HIVErs!

I would like to adress a little bit of an issue i have with NFTs in general.

I do not want to undermine any NFT creators(artists). I takes skill to create any kind of art.

With that said, i believe that people buying NFTs are in it only for the potential profit, and NFTs being digital ART it should hold some other then monetary value.In my humble opinion, digital art can never surpass "normal" art.
If you buy, for example, some kind of a picture from a street artist, it is because you like it. And i dont think you buy a digital picture containing 27 pixels because you like it and want to look at it.
And even if you do like it, it is beautiful, perfect in any way,and now you own it. But every single person in the world can see the art the same way you do. On a screen. But if you buy a picture, lets say "in real life" and you hang it on your wall, only you and people close to you can look at it and admire it. It hold some exclusive value.

Here is a picture i took few minutes ago :

I post it online, mint it and sell it for 1$ as one of a kind.
What prevents someone to digitally add a yellow circle in the top right corner and call it again one of a kind.
There are also trust issues. If you buy a one of a kind NFT from a popular artist,you have to TRUST them they wont make another one just like it in the future(again, maybe changing 1 pixel).

To umderline it all, i do not believe NFTs will last long since they, more or less, hold no other then monetary value.
