還可以的嫩蛋燴飯 / The egg and beef rice is pretty decent

有時候不知道吃甚麼時，我就會往附近的超級商店去找找及逛逛，因為商店內有著琳瑯滿目的微波食品，而且常常推陳出新，讓我時不時地，發掘出新菜色口味，假如沒吃過的，可以試試看，沒聽過的，假如更可以試試看，雖然有時候會踩到地雷，像是味道不如預期的好吃，但是也讓我平淡無奇的日常生活，有一點點不一樣。

而且在某些地區，吃超級商店的價位，比吃一般小吃店還便宜，現在很多原本號稱平價的便當店，一個最便宜的雞排便當也要超過一百元台幣，假如中午想吃好一點的，比如說一個便當加上一杯手搖飲料，可能要花到超過兩百元台幣，畢竟一杯手搖飲料快要和一個便當的價錢一樣了。

超級商店還可以使用行動支付，有發票可以兌獎，飲料也可以順便一起買起來，省時省力又方便，至於我吃的港式香滑嫩蛋牛肉燴飯，好像已經推出了一段時間，正好趁此機會，試試味道，微波加熱，再打開餐盒後，把勾芡的醬汁倒入下面的飯裡，在倒的時候，看到牛肉的數量，以價格跟便利性來說，還可以接受，畢竟一分錢、一分貨，帶有少少的辣椒佐味，讓燴飯吃起來，有一點點辣辣的，嫩蛋中和掉辣度，而讓醬汁很棒很下飯，好吃。

此外，店內冷氣開的蠻強的，颱風過後，天氣又回復為原本悶熱的夏季氣候，假如店家沒有冷氣，我可能會一邊吃，一邊流汗，搞得全身黏黏的，超不舒服的，那我真的會吃不太下去，這也是我會喜歡在超級商店內開箱食物的原因之一，讓我可以舒服地品嚐美味。

Sometimes, when I don’t know what to eat, I’ll go to the nearby superstore to browse around. They have a wide variety of microwaveable foods, and they often introduce new items. I enjoy discovering new flavors and dishes that I haven’t tried before. Even though I occasionally come across something that doesn’t taste as good as expected, it still adds a bit of excitement to my everyday life.

In some areas, eating from the superstore is actually cheaper than eating at local eateries. Nowadays, even the so-called affordable bento shops charge more than 100 NTD for a basic chicken bento. If I want to treat myself to something nicer for lunch, like a set meal with a drink, it could cost over 200 NTD. A cup of bubble tea alone can be as expensive as a bento.

Superstores also accept mobile payments, give receipts for lottery draws, and you can grab a drink at the same time, which is super convenient. As for the Hong Kong-style silky smooth egg and beef rice I had, it seems to have been out for a while, so I took the opportunity to try it. You just microwave it, and after opening the container, you pour the sauce over the rice. When I did, I could see the amount of beef. Considering the price and convenience, it’s acceptable. It has a bit of chili for a slight kick, which is balanced out by the soft eggs, making the sauce delicious and great with rice. The egg and beef rice is pretty decent.

Additionally, the air conditioning in the store is usually strong. After a typhoon, the weather goes back to being hot and humid. If a place doesn’t have AC, I’d end up sweating while eating, feeling all sticky and uncomfortable, which would ruin my appetite. This is one of the reasons I like eating in superstores; I can enjoy my food comfortably.
