Daily Quest - Neutral Quest

Neutral Quest could be harder or easier. I mentioned that the more card plyers can use, the easier they can finish daily quest; I think official also agrees with me; that is the reason the win battles of Neutral Quest are only three; that means it is harder than other quests in general.
