可能您們有發現到,我常吃便利商店的燴炒飯類商品,其實便利商店的微波食品,有飯、有麵,有滷味,有炸物,有輕食,還有下午茶甜點,只是我來便利商店用餐時,都打算吃飽,不打算吃巧,飯類對於我而言,吃下去較有飽足感,我擔心麵類食品吃不飽,所以,我較常選購飯類商品,至於經典的三角飯糰商品,在每次我吃時,飯糰都會自然散開,吃的狼狽,所以,我不喜歡。

丼飯,一聽就知道是日本來的用字,網路上查,丼飯其實並沒有太嚴格的定義規範,只要是使用半徑超過15Ccm、高5cm以上的碗公盛裝米飯,並在米飯上擺放其它食物的料理,都能叫做丼飯,所以,丼飯只要在碗裡盛裝白飯、配菜就能完成,是一道任何人都可輕鬆上手的料理.不但可以快速出餐,組合多元,營養價值也高,而聽說味道最大眾、接受度高的丼飯,就是我吃的炸豬排丼飯。

微波前,餐盒拿在手上,就感覺到份量十足,微波後,打開餐盒,鹹甜的醬汁香氣,撲鼻而來,蔥花散步在金黃的蛋汁上,而厚實的炸豬排鋪在上面,總共切成四片,稍嫌有點少,不過,吸飽蛋汁的豬排,咬下去蠻扎實的,而超級滑潤的滑蛋,混和著米飯一起吞下去,一下子就滑到肚子裡,常常覺得很多便利商店的微波食品都很好吃,但是吃個幾口,就吃完了,給人一種意猶未盡的感覺,但是,只要休息片刻之後,肚子也飽了,也吃不下其它食物了。

對了,其實這款豬排丼飯,我覺得,也可以叫豬排燴飯或是豬排蓋飯,為何會取名為豬排丼飯呢?我猜想是因為這款商品是全家便利商店和屯京拉麵的聯名商品,屯京拉麵是來自日本的人氣連鎖拉麵店,本身就是東京的排隊名店之一,雖然屯京拉麵是以拉麵著名,但是聯名商品的話,可能也希望多些日本元素,來區別市場,吸引喜好日本文化的民眾買單,所以才會取名為鐵板滑蛋炸豬排丼。




I guess you've noticed that I often grab stir-fried rice dishes from convenience stores. Convenience stores offer a variety of microwave meals—rice, noodles, braised dishes, fried snacks, light meals, and even desserts. But when I eat at a convenience store, my goal is to get full, not just have a snack. Rice dishes make me feel more satisfied, and I worry that noodle dishes might not be as filling, so I usually go for rice. As for the classic onigiri, they always fall apart when I eat them, making a mess, so I’m not a fan.

The term "donburi" is clearly a Japanese word. I looked it up online, and it turns out there isn’t a strict definition. As long as the dish uses a bowl with a diameter of more than 15 cm and a height of over 5 cm to serve rice with other toppings, it can be called a donburi. So, it’s a simple dish that anyone can make—just put some rice and toppings in a bowl, and it’s done. It’s quick to prepare, highly customizable, and nutritious. I’ve heard that the most popular and widely accepted donburi is the one I’ve been eating—pork cutlet donburi.

Before microwaving, the container feels pretty substantial. Once heated and opened, the savory and sweet sauce aroma hits you. Green onions are scattered over the golden egg sauce, and thick pork cutlets are laid on top, cut into four pieces, which is a bit on the small side. But the pork cutlet, soaked in egg sauce, is quite satisfying with each bite. The super smooth scrambled eggs mixed with the rice go down easily. I often find that many convenience store microwave meals are delicious, but they’re gone after just a few bites, leaving me wanting more. However, after resting for a bit, I usually feel full and can't eat anything else.

Oh, and this pork cutlet donburi could easily be called pork cutlet stew rice or pork cutlet bowl. So why is it named pork cutlet donburi? I guess it’s because this dish is a collaboration between FamilyMart and Tonkotsu Ramen, a popular ramen chain from Japan. Tonkotsu Ramen is one of Tokyo’s famous must-try ramen shops. While they’re known for their ramen, they probably wanted to add more Japanese elements to their collaborative products to stand out in the market and appeal to people who love Japanese culture. That’s why they named it "Teppan Pork Cutlet Donburi with Soft Egg".
