The Dragon Jumper
The Dragon Jumper is a fantastic card. Able to take out a monster in 2 strikes which it makes with ease at its high speed. In addition it has the best use of the opportunity ability that I have observed in the game and its flying ability makes it almost untouchable.

It gets even more useful if you use the +1 Attack Dragon summoner then add an inspire or two. With 2 cards that get inspire at bronze level the water splinter can be devastating with this card and their other beefy chaos card with opportunity. Devastates the backline in no time.
