Saturday Savers Club - Bad Week For Some of Us

This week we have a bitcoin dips, although it is not quite deep, which only around 20%, however during the bull run like this and many people taking a long position with extra leveraged volume, that dip actually has given many people a margin call.

So as we can expect, many prefer to end their life due to getting margin call, which literally wipe all their portfolio. In the past I might be easily laugh about this, but maybe I am getting older now, so I see things from different angle. I prefer not talk much about suicide issues.

Around those crypto enthusiast, maybe this dude is the most famous one. I see some crypto influencer buzzing his death in X.

So whatever and whoever you are, please do not take your own life stupidly like that. Life is a journey, not some movie that we put everything for something great coming out from thin air then your journey is finished. Some people believe after reaching their goals, nothing to worry about their life anymore.

Well some people maybe getting lucky achieving that condition, but it is not a grand design for most people here. So Be happy with what we have today, and build something better for tomorrow. Don't YOLO too much, because a journey has multiple destinations and milestones, not a one go to finish all.

So today post I will tone down my stuff a lot. I would not telling people something great or amazing, because I want to give respect to all family who suffer from the crypto dip.

I will share my AEGIS story only this week. AEGIS is a Liquidity Pool (LP) farming token, let say it is a DEFI token. I started this one last week, and let see what I have now.

Last Week

I started last week with $17.3 worth of Liquidity Pool participation. Quantitatively it is 369 AEGIS token with 46 HIVE as it's pair. the APR was 304 %. Last week was the time when this AEGIS Liquidity Pool was released, so not many noticed it and joined in.

This Week

This week I have got around 805 AEGIS in the LP with 100 HIVE as it's pair. It is more than a double from last week, however the value is not doubled, it is on $28.4. I can thank HIVE price drops to make my LP value lower.

The APR is 151% right now, already get halved from last week. It means the participants adding more than twice from last week. I expect next week this APR will drop more, maybe below 100% as many people start to enter this LP. The recent Hive Engine DDOS attack is a big factor why this week not many people entered this LP, because Hive Engine became inaccessible.

I am still in top 10 spots of Liquidity Pool providers, my share is around 6%. I am very optimistic that next week I will get thrown out from top 10, regarding I am not a whale nor orca size on HIVE, so with that puny amount of LP I should be somewhere around 15-25 top providers, not in top 10.

As I have said before last week, I will keep adding my AEGIS up to around $50 worth of share. $50 is not something that big, everyone should be able to afford it and if we lose it, it won't put us into some homeless or beggar position. I want to be at least as decent as I can in this pool, which number should be representatively decent toward our daily life in Real World.

Let see if I can achive that next week, I want to chip in more but I still have some saving goals to achieve first.

PRIMARY TARGET : HBD SAVING

My primary goal is to grow my $HBD Saving, to reach 5.000 $HBD Saving in this year, 2025. That is an ambitious target regarding I started 2025 with 0 $HBD.

The second week of Q4 is not a good one, but atleast I still manage to maintain the remaining HBD savings there. 30 HBD saving is not something that can be said decend, it is far from good regarding my aim is 5.000 HBD saving.

I know it is almost a guaranteed result that I would not achieve my primary goal here. Instead of giving up and change the primary goals, let me enjoy the remaining weeks in 2025 by trying my best here.

SECONDARY TARGET : HIVE POWER (HP)

Hive Power (HP) is very important for all Hivers who plan to stay long on this blockchain. For 2025, my secondary goal is to have 13.500 Hive Power (HP). It's not a big target and I want to make as many people realize that it is important to grow your Hive Power. However I have managed to achieved that, so right now I am chasing 15.000 Hive Power (HP) for 2025 as my new secondary target.

Hive has dipped again recently and it means getting HP becomes easier. I have got 180+ HP in the last running week due to the Hive price drop only, not from some new approach or strategy.

So I have less than 1200 HP to go with the remaining 11 weeks. Let say I want to close it before christmas, then I only need to get around 120 HP growth per week. It seems easy, I will do this for sure.
