Another Month, Another Reward Cards Purchase

Greeting Everyone

Usually I will say another week, another Splinterland post. However today I will say Another Month, Another Reward Card purchase LoL. It's been more than a month since my last reward cards purchase, I need that time to gather enough Glint points. I am a semi casual player, so I do not get Glint points as much as those highly competitive players who play in Diamond and Champion leagues.

Today I see I have gathered 140K Glint points. I believe this is enough to get some Rare Rarity Reward cards. I am chasing up the remaining time available, before all the rebellion reward cards get discontinued and replaced by Conclave Arcana reward cards edition.

It seems I can get 9 Gold Foil Rare cards. I can do this regularly every week, by opening 1 Gold Foil RAre card, however I do not see any excitement in getting one card, we should get in more than 5 cards which we can see and experience how the RNG God toying us with bad luck.

Sound so negative, but it is what it is

Call me old fashioned, I believe more people who feel they get bullied by bad luck than people who think they are lucky. It is just how this world works. So enough with my mambo jambo and and this is the hash transaction of those 9 cards:

So here are those 9 cards and I have a mix feeling now. On one side, the card that I want so bad is only one copy, The Quilluin Legionary. I believe this will be the decisive card that determines later whether I will keep grinding Rare rarity cards or move on to Epic Rarity cards.

The other side, , These cards are in a good combination. Definitely they will allow me to upgrade some cards now, which is very good to me. It encourages me to play more to get more Glints.

My Selection

Now let see what I have in my Rare Selection. Of course I will only see the Gold Foil cards, regarding I play only Gold Foil Fray in Brawl. I keep my focus on them because I do not want to end up mixed up in everything.

Overall, my collection is not bad. They are not great but not bad for sure. Some of them have reached level 4, which is already the max level of silver league cap. I think the 9 cards I get are far from enough, considering some of the cards are still lacking, and they are very good one, I am aiming for 17-20 rare cards purchase again.

I wonder if the time is available for those, but I will try my best to aim that volume.

Ok now let's talk about the good things only. I have 4 cards available for the upgrades, that's very good actually. We are talking about 33% of the cards are leveling up!

Let's talk about the first one, Continuum Seer. I rarely play Continuum Seer regarding my meta or my preference tactic is not suitable for her. She is just out of my gameplay.

Let's be frank here, some cards are not meant for you. They might be a big deal for other players, but not for you. Same case can happen to any Splinterlands players out there.

But still... This is not a bad actually, having 5 Speed with a phase ability, maybe oneday I could utilize her, but I doubt the chance will come.

The second one is Razorhound from the water element. I do not know what to say again, he is similar to Continuum Seer. I do not play him alot regarding I have some 5 mana range unit in this water element and I prefer to play them over this Razorhound.

Not my style, but I believe in some condition he can excel due to his true aim abiility. I have had that situation before so I know well what I say here.

I like this Thunderhoof Nomad. I usually used her whenever I feel my opponent is coming with some blast ability units or there is a blast ruleset, the explosive weaponry.

She gets a new ability now, strengthen. Now she will buff +1 health point to all her teammates, this is a great one for me.

The last one is one of my main target, the Quillun Legionary. I want to level him up to level 4, which at that level he will get an extra important ability, the VOID. That way he will have a protective ability against magic attack which is one of his biggest weakness there.

I need a couple copies again to level him up to level 4. I am very optimistic within the next month I have a good shot to get him to level 4. Let's hope everything work well.

Unlike the last month purchase, I am quite happy with this one. My main concern is only my play time which has been greatly reduced due to office works. I really hope I can keep up later before the cut off time.
