Of course I know of the community. I do try my best to be active there but there are instances i forget or miss my alarm. Also, the lack of participation on the community can be discouraging. Yet, there are others who don't fail. I'm also a culprit to not being a participant to all telegram meetings. I'm mostly tired on Sunday evenings.

I think we are all guilty of not participating, sadly enough.
It needs to change though. The Nigerian Community should be thriving on Hive. I do accept the idea of new leaders. Perhaps the leadership board needs new directives

I don't even have the quality of a leader, just following anyone that's ready to lead because I often feel that I won't do better than him when am in his position.

When I was hustling for the weekly rewards, someone went to complain that I was being partial.
Crazy thing is, I'm exempted from receiving rewards o. In a bid to be as fair as possible. Just doing it for the love of it but people still dey vex.
I agree. But trust is important. I didn't create the community. At this point, I'm only allowed to share posting keys because the money in the community wallet is important.
I'm legit ready to step down for anyone who has the time to handle the community better.

My life offline is hella busy.

It's just a few minutes. But remembering and knowing what exactly to do every week isn't easy.

Why not plan your activities then? I do that every night before bed. I align what I need to do according to their priorities and then, I take my phone, set alarms on each one. The alarms blare when I need go focus on something else. Trust me it helps. You just have to discipline yourself not to snooze the alarm 😂

Curating isn't an issue sha. Most times I just need help with the newsletter and coming up with weekly prompt ideas.

Like maybe we have for the month of April education so we conclude in the meeting what part of education s we talk about every week all through April.
