Happy Easter hive-bees and Splinterfellas. I hope you enjoyed this holidays or weekend getaways (if had). The summer heat is really here now. We should really hydrate our selves to avoid those heat diseases. For this blog, i am going to feature another Rebellion reward card series from Death splinters - Meriput Slinger. This is a card that got a range attack with cuteness too. I am a bit confused because i never expected cuteness will be involved in the Death splinters.

Meriput Slinger

I have already upgraded my Meriput Slinger to level 7 and still inching maxing it. It already got a 4 Range attack and decent speed with not so low health. Impede, Slow and Deflect is its ability which are good for slowing down enemies. If the enemy is slow, you will grab the first attack which is a good form of good offense. So if i will maxed my Meriput Slinger, it will possess another good ability which is Redemption. This skill will possibly drag down enemies when the card fell on the battlefield.

• Unprotected, Aim True and Ferocity will be present for this fight with 48 Mana Capacity and the presence of Life, Death and Dragon splinters.

• For Meriput's sake, we are playing Death Splinters for this round. Astral Entity was chosen as my summoner since i am gonna play this battle with mostly Range damage Dealers. I am also taking advantage of the Unprotected being part of the ruleset specially Aim True is also present. Most of my available cards that is available for my use got decent amount of range damage and fast too so that would be my other reason. Cursed Windeku as my tank. Well thats tanky for sure with a heal and a thorn ability. Arachne Weaver is also being part of my line up for it has a heal ability. Then the rest, Queen of Crows, Lira the Dark, Meriput Slinger and Dhampir Stalker were all my Range damage dealers and those cards posses really decent damages. I placed Meriput on the 5th position for the reason it got deflect ability and it will be helpful to the cards who sneaks and got splash damage. Let us see how the battle goes.

The Battle:

The opposing team also chose Death splinters with the anti Magician tactics. It is a bit odd positioning as i see it but let us see. Maybe it got a surprise to this battle.

Round 1 is already got my opponents team on a difficult postion. Since most of my cards are range damage dealers, the tanks thorn ability is being taken care of so it did not posses much threat to my team. Another good thing here is i grab most of the speed in attacks since my opponents got bombard of speed debuffs. lol.

In this round 2, the Meriput Slinger ability Impede was triggered. Well it add another debuffing speed to the opponents card. Another thing is in this round, the opponents team is being cut down faster.

For round 3, well, i got to see the purpose of my opponent's Harklaw being placed in the middle. It should Tank for Raa it seems but they came short because Harklaw cannot attack from the middle, they're fire power diminished. I won the battle.

• Meriput Slinger can become another great card that can be part of your team. I really like its combination of Stats and those abilities. I really should maximize its level before Arcana will change the game.
