I hope everything is well and good to you people. More than half past month now since new year and we are still here in splinterlands and still hopeful to those good gains thru grind and land harvest. I wish you succeed to what ever plans you have on the game fellas. Let us keep our self stress free and entertained from the game.

Started my Card Upgrades for Wild

Probably you are keeping your self busy with other game features fellas, but for me, i feel like I needed to start my card collection update for this year. Well not for modern yet but for wild cards because this cards are the ones i can afford at the moment. I've tried playing modern in champ league but i really lost it for the reason that grinding on modern requires a lot of time and resources for the reason you need to have sufficient power to be competitive in that ranked battles. So if you don't own much fire power, here comes renting which is costly. And if you rent, you need to keep those rental fees to ROI after end of season and proceed with the same plan again. That is the time it became time consuming. And one more thing, you should know hoe to counter to win battles because when you are in modern league, you are battling mostly pro's. And those guys are eating splinterlands cards for meal because they are soo good. lol. OK I am kidding with that last part, but seriously, opponents in modern ranks are the finest. You should be aware of that.
Its really is hard for me at the moment to cope up with how I am playing with modern before so I have decided to focus my prospect on the other features of splinterlands like wild rank battles. And with that, I have chosen to start minting chaos and rift series cards and owning some thru markets.

Kain Haze, A Legend from the Rift

Kain Haze, a legendary from the Rift series was one of my first cards to add on my collection this year. It got a good spooky image and to my liking. Probably because when I first played splinterlands, i really am hooked playing death splinters. Even just renting death splinters deck for my grinding moment, I am satisfied when I was starting. So probably, that is the a good reason to start my plan to collect cards from now on. Hopefully I can grab what I am aiming for this year to the game. Well, i'll just try my best, free from stress that is.
Ok, I owned a maxed RF Kain Haze for the reason it got a major Magic damage. That is 5 magic damage for yah. A blast ability, for the next card wit a 50 percent of the card's original damage is really gonna hurt. Deflect ability is also good for taking second position or second to the last for it will protect the card and finally, Redemption ability that can be fatal to the opponents team. This card even in death, can cause disturbance in the battle.
The problem with this card is it got a little HP. Probably because of the thing that it got a lot of damage. Well anyways, it got its good characteristics so I am still positive in owning this card.

A Sample Battle Maybe?

Ok, We got here a Dragon team formed with Death splinters which is my team. We have Now you see me... and Back to Basics on the rulesets. This is also a High Mana Capacity battle and I am facing Earth Splinters for this round. Immortalis summoning the group of my opponent team which is the bane of the magician attackers. My team is summoned by Quiz the Devious then tanked by Cursed Winedeku. Night Reaper, Chaos Dragon are also taking the front with their robust life and great magic damage. Magi Necrosi and Magi of Chaos are also included and lastly Kain Haze. The Presence of the Back to Basic Ruleset made the last high damage card on to the back to not die so fast when the battle begins. My opponent got greater level here and mine limit is legendary level 2. Lets find out what happened.

And there it goes. My opponent team dominated the field and I lost the battle.

• While the game is expanding and updating, the good point about splinterlands is that what ever became old, they are still placed for this antiques. Let us say, The cards from the chaos and older series where not good for battles anymore, you can always choose to place them as your land cards because of their high Production Points compared to other newer versions. You don't want to missed this cards when they are out of the market later, Right?
