My Actifit RC: May 7th 23 - The pilgrimage - IAAC #342

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

On this hot Sunday in May we find ourselves in the alleys of the notorious Spanish neighborhoods where it is difficult to see the color of the sky that today is a predominance of blue as the color of the festoons that cover any empty space present.

Once circulated through these alleys was not the ultimate ambition for tourists who found themselves in the capital of Naples but now it is a regenerated area and a very characteristic destination to visit for the presence of many places where you can enjoy a succulent pizza.

The murals in these alleys have played an essential role in the redevelopment of the area and this picture represents the Neapolitan squire football fan. The weasel represents the Neapolitan boy of the neighborhoods very skilled and innate cunning almost impossible to get around.

You may have immediately wondered why I did not photograph it in full but on this Sunday of celebrations of the third Scudetto it is really complicated to be able to do anything in this area that is an authentic pilgrimage destination.

All the Neapolitans want to go and celebrate the idol of the Neapolitans worshipped as a God and character that has deeply marked the soul of the city redeeming it for seven long years of legendary triumphs in football.

A myth that took a team on the verge of relegation to Serie B and brought it, step by step, to his first Scudetto celebrated in the street by 3 million people who at the time staged the colossal celebrations that today would make pale the scenes that you can see online in the videos on various social media.

After a long wait patient and step by step, finally we arrived at Maradona, where a large group of supporters staged songs and dances under the murals of D10S name chosen to deify the myth of the great leader Diego Armando Maradona.

The whimsical Argentine star was very skilled to enlighten his teammates and to unite them with the public and the rest of the city in a winning fight for any goal never forgetting to help those in need and forgetting the many vices and whims by which it was marred.

After a long struggle to get out of the crowded place of worship in the open air I reached the large open space of Piazza Municipio where I celebrated the #iamalivechallenge 342 under very bright sunlight that begin to make the days very hot #alive.

I arrived here passing through a Umberto I gallery crowded by crowds of tourists who looked up at the majestic architectural work of the Piedmontese rulers built in a few years just after the Unification of Italy.

I tried to access the Maschio Angioino but I found it closed for lunch then I stopped to eat a quick lunch.

Then I got back on the move to go home because I found that the wait would be very long postponing the visit to the next opportunity.
