Buenos días queridos amigos de Hive y, en concreto, del Universo Splinterlands. Otra semana más cumpliendo con mi aporte para el Social Media Challenge con un nuevo análisis de una carta del juego. Si te digo la verdad estoy deseando que aparezca en nuestras vidas la nueva edición Arcane para ampliar mis mazos, mis posibilidades de juego y, también, ampliar las cartas que pueda analizar en este reto semanal. Tengo mucho hype con esta nueva edición, espero que no me defraude y pueda impulsar mi juego en Splinterlands. Sin entretenernos más, vamos con una nueva edición del Social Media Challenge y con un nuevo análisis de una carta que me va a dejar una buena victoria en esta temporada que acaba de comenzar. Vamos al tema.

Another week of fulfilling my contribution to the Social Media Challenge with a new analysis of a card from the game. To tell you the truth, I'm really looking forward to the new Arcane edition coming into our lives to expand my decks, my play possibilities, and also to expand the cards I can analyze in this weekly challenge. I'm really excited about this new edition; I hope it doesn't disappoint me and can boost my Splinterlands play. Without further ado, let's get to the point with a new edition of the Social Media Challenge and a new analysis of a card that's going to give me a solid win in this season that's just begun. Let's get to the point.
Esta semana he tenido algo de nostalgia. Las últimas semanas me he centrado en la mazo de fuego analizando algunas cartas más que interesantes. Y el he echado de menos mi querido mazo de agua así que esta semana vuelvo a él para, siguiendo con la nostalgia, analizar una carta legendaria que ya lleva un tiempo en mi roster y que utilizo casi todos los días en alguna de mis batallas. Te hablo que Kulu Mastermind una carta legendaria del mazo de agua que tiene una habilidad que es determinante si sabes aprovecharla al máximo como te voy a enseñar en este análisis y en la habitual batalla de ejemplo. Bien es cierto que tiene un coste de maná de invocación realmente elevado, pero a cambio obtienes unas características que pueden darte la victoria por si mismas. Si, en efecto, Kulu Mastermind es un finisher que no debe faltar en tu roster y en tus estrategias con este mazo acuático.
This week I've been feeling a bit nostalgic. The last few weeks I've been focusing on the Fire deck, analyzing some really interesting cards. And I've been missing my beloved Water deck, so this week I'm returning to it to, continuing the nostalgia, analyze a legendary card that's been in my roster for a while now and that I use almost every day in one of my battles. I'm telling you about Kulu Mastermind, a legendary card from the Water deck that has an ability that is decisive if you know how to make the most of it, as I'm going to show you in this analysis and in the usual example battle. It's true that it has a really high mana cost to summon, but in return you get some characteristics that can give you victory on their own. Yes, indeed, Kulu Mastermind is a finisher that shouldn't be missing from your roster and your strategies with this aquatic deck.
Como te digo en la párrafo anterior, estamos ante una carta del mazo de agua y de rareza legendaria que tiene un coste de invocación de nueve puntos de maná. En su nivel inicial tendremos, a cambio de esos nueve puntos, cuatro puntos de ataque y de vitalidad y nueve de vitalidad además de dos habilidades especiales que nos dan un plus bestial. Estas habilidades son, nada menos, que Weapons Training y Opportunity. Tremendo conjunción de habilidades especiales. As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, we're looking at a card from the Water deck of legendary rarity that has a summoning cost of nine mana points. At its initial level, in exchange for those nine points, we'll have four points of attack and vitality, and nine of vitality, in addition to two special abilities that give us a beastly bonus. This week's battle, where you'll see the tremendous power of Kulu Mastermind, pits me against Joetunex, who will also be forming a Water deck with Kulu Mastermind in second position. He'll also be using Noa the Just and Baakjira on his flanks, but that won't be enough to defeat my strategy. It's a battle with 35 summoning mana available, and Beefcakes and Equal Opportunity as battle conditions to keep in mind. Let's see how the fight went.
La presencia de Halfling Refugee y Deeplurker en las filas de mi rival en lugar de Coastal Sentry y Cruel Sethropd en las mias marcó el desarrollo de la partida. Ambos coincidimos con Shock Trooper, una buena carta pero también muy peligrosa para sus propios compañeros, Kulu Mastermind y Noa the Just. En principio mi rival parte con la ventaja del bonus de Kulu a dos de sus cartas. The presence of Halfling Refugee and Deeplurker in my opponent's ranks instead of Coastal Sentry and Cruel Sethropd in mine marked the development of the game. We both agreed on Shock Trooper, a good card but also very dangerous for its own teammates, Kulu Mastermind and Noa the Just. Initially, my opponent had the advantage of Kulu's bonus to two of his cards. However, the position in which we placed Noa the Just, him as a tank, and me behind Kulu, allowed my Noa to remain on the battlefield longer and take advantage of its benefits for more turns. As you've seen, Kulu Mastermind is a decisive card that contributes a lot, both through its own abilities and through the bonus it provides to adjacent cards that don't have attack points. It's a card that you'll definitely play when battle conditions arise that allow you to attack cards in the second line. I strongly recommend that if you don't have Kulu Mastermind in your roster, you do your best to add it. It will be worth it from the moment you start using it.
