I hate light & noise pollution.

I hate society's pivot to bright lights and fking noise. I hate light-pollution & noise-pollution.
It fucks with my sleep and with my adhd brain x)

I do really hate and it is possible because I am over sensitive to outside simulans & my bedroom isn't fully dark yet! (Working on that).

But how did we go from everything being chill at night to bright lights everywhere?! I understand on the streets and such, I get it for safety. But lights at construction sites at night? Lights in the stores when they are closed? Anything you own have to have a dashboard with light on or a dot showing its on. Completely useless.
Being on the PC or Phone late at night is also such a killer, but its so normalized in society.

The noise is also more exceeding. Properly more in the town than anywhere else and some of it is because people are not respectful anymore but a part of is also just cars driving getting to work late and such x)
Also, why do stores have to be open at night.

Isn't Capitalism to blame for all of it? :D
The push for more & more profit over everybodies Health & wealth. We need sleep people!
