Why Summoner Kaylia Silverleaf Is My MVP 🌿🐉

I’ve been playing both Frontier and Modern formats, but right now, I’m really enjoying Modern! Why? Because I can fully utilize most of my deck — including both of my Foundation cards and the ones I purchased. 💼🃏

Sure, the free cards are great, but since I’ve spent money on a few, I do feel a bit guilty not using them as much. 😅 That’s why I’ve been diving deep into Modern, experimenting with different combinations to see which cards work well together. ⚗️✨

⚔️ Building My Core Deck

I’ve been testing tons of combos to figure out which cards deserve a place in my core deck. This helps me know exactly which ones I should focus on upgrading as I prepare to battle in the upper tiers of the Modern format. 🛡️📈

And right now?
I’d say I’ve found four cards that are already my absolute favorites. 🏆

🌿 Kaylia Silverleaf = MVP Summoner

My favorite summoner so far? Kaylia Silverleaf, hands down! 💚
I’ve even heard from other players that they love KS too — and I can totally see why.

It’s all about that game-changing ability she grants to other cards:
🔥 Execute! 🔥

This ability has saved me so many times, turning the tide in battles I was sure I was going to lose… and then 💥 BAM, I pull off a win!
It’s such a thrill every time — like, "YESSS I knew picking KS as my first summoner was the move!" 🙌🧠

❓ But What Is Execute?

Great question... 😏
Let’s talk about that next. 🕵️‍♂️🔮

Execute is a very powerful skill, IMHO, because it allows a character to make another attack after a successful hit—but only if the enemy unit has 2 or fewer health points remaining.

Basically, this ability lets my unit instantly finish off an enemy with 4 HP or less, making it a deadly combo when used with characters like Silverleaf Warlock and Silverleaf Ranger. ⚔️🔥

Let’s talk about Silverleaf Ranger for a sec. She already has the Double Strike ability, which means she can attack twice per round—targeting the same enemy unit. 😮

Now imagine adding the Execute ability that Kaylia Silverleaf grants her...
Yeah, that turns it into a Triple Strike! 💥💥💥

With this setup, SR can easily take down an enemy with 6 HP in a single round. LOL.
It’s insanely satisfying to pull that off!

So in the coming days, I’ll be looking into upgrading each of these characters to unlock their full potential in the game. 🎯

I really think this is the kind of build I’ll be pushing forward with as I continue playing.
