The Best Way To Over Come The Noxious Fumes Rule Set
Introduction
If you are anything like me, you will let out a groan when you see the Noxious Fumes rule set but don't despair because in this post we will go over my strategy for getting good results for most matches, this one adds another complication as it factors in Reverse Speed let's get into it.
Battle Line
The first order of the day is to select monsters with immunity and also heal, but I would say immunity is the real counter to this rule set, my go-to splinter is death as I have a Harklaw who pairs up perfectly with Zintar Mortalis summoner, so what I get here is a monster with immunity and a shield plus the summoner reduces melee attacks by one so one he gets to the front, he will dodge the poison and even take no dames from melee, so far so good.
Up front in Tank spot, I have the Haunted Spirit he has got magic reflect and heal, his job is to hold out for as long as possible before harklaw needs to step up.

Shadow Presence adds an extra needed life for the team and the undead archer packs a good punch for only two mana plus he has the chance of landing an affliction in case the opponent is thinking along my lines.
Battle Strategy
The haunted spirit exceeded my expectations my holding out for three rounds getting to heal three life every round, this was key to letting the poison take its toll on the enemy, plus the magic select sent back enough to weaken his renova, even if I was up against a legendary summoner
Two Immunity For Me - Opponent only picked one
When Harklaw came to the front the poison had taken its toll on the enemy monsters and he was left with no way of inflicting any damage to harklaw, there was no poison damage and the shield meant he took no melee damage, the only immunity monster the enemy had was a passive card, meaning it had no attack, so it was just a matter of time as harklaw whittled away at his armour then health points for an easy win.
Strong Defense is Just as important as strong attack

Description:
All Monsters start the battle Poisoned.
Conclusion
It did cross my mind to go with the life team and add a cleanse monster, but more time than I like to see the cleanse monster gets taken out with an opportunity strike before it can apply its cleanse to the tank, so now I will always go with the immunity monster first. Thanks for reading.
