(PT-EN) Mirror Magic Battle
Hey guys, @CrazyPhantomBR in the area! My participation in the Weekly Media Challenge, this is the best game in the #hive #hivebr #play2earn ecosystem that exists!! #Splinterlands!!
This post is a submission to the Weekly Media Challenge Splinterlands! Best viewed in Ecency Dark Mode!
Today my participation in the challenge will be an analysis of a Mirror match, which is the strategy ranking I do. We will see?
PREVIOUS ANALYSIS
It's usually a conscious choice I make when playing with a mirror team. In this case I was sure that the best deck option would be used by both me and the opponent, and the battle would be decided in detail.
For those of you who don't understand what I'm talking about:
Mirror Strategy
Source: [The Art of War](https://ecency.com/hive-140217/@crazyphantombr/en-en-a-arte- da), by CrazyPhantomBR
The mirror strategy can lead you to victory in a few ways:
- Luck: but in this case, you wouldn't even need a strategy!
- Level: more evolved cards unbalance the game, as they release new skills or at least have better attributes!
- Position: oddly enough, the position of cards in teams can be the difference that will lead you to victory!
In this match I was expecting an opponent with Water Magic but I was very worried about the quality of my team. Let's see why:
COMPOSING THE TIME
Everyone knows my favorite splinter is Water. At this point I had to make an initial choice, comparing my currently available summoners:
- Thaddius Brood, at level 4 (my own)
- Kelya Frendul, at level 5 (my own)
- Bortus, at level 1 (starter)
- Tarsa, at level 4 (rented)
Well, the ruleset Wands Out, which should be called Only Magicians, in my opinion can be well worked with Water or Death monsters.
So my options were good any time. But what really unbalances the game in this ruleset is using the combination of magic reduction and void.

I chose Bortus at level 1, sacrificing my team to battle only at the initial level of the cards. This means, for example, that my Djinn Oshannus would have no ability to dodge magic.
He takes the first position because his ability Void reduces the magic damage taken.

Second, I looked for cards with a lot of hit points. I easily allocated Nerissa Tridawn. I followed the same criteria to allocate Phantom of Abyss. Here is a highlight, because few people are able to use this wonderful card.
In the fourth slot, I looked for the side effect of the Blast skill, being used Riverboat Captain. In the fifth space I called Spirit Hoarder considering an eventual cure for the rear guards, and completed with what was left of command: Ice Pixie.

ADVERSARY TEAM
The opponent chose summoner Bortus level 3 Gold Foil, with Djinn Oshannus level 2 in front followed by Nerissa Tridawn level 2 and River Hellondale level 2.

Unfortunately the ability to return a card from the underworld left me disappointed as it would mean having to eliminate Djinn Oshannus twice!
The opponent used the ability Blast through the card Scavo Technomancer. One innovation was the use of Watter Caller to take advantage of Stun. At the rear, Spirit Hoarder.

BATTLE
The battle took place in the Silver II league and can be watched through the link:

POSTER ANALYSIS
Let's analyze what happened, comparing the level of the cards that were mirrored:
First thing is the subtle difference between the Djinn Oshannus tanks due to the opponent having him at level 2, which made me miss several attacks!
On the other hand, the only card capable of causing me damage was Nerissa Tridawn, which caused the opponent to lose the match. So, to make it very clear: the opponent lost due to his inability to damage me!
Our strategies of using Blast were mutually annihilated by the Triage skills. So the decisive fact prevailed: I won because I used two cards that dealt damage every round!
It also has the detail that the opponent invested a lot to have so many Gold Foil cards. That deserved an RShare bonus for me, don't you agree?
End of the game!

Melhor visualizada no Ecency Dark Mode!
COMPONDO O TIME

TIME ADVERSÁRIO
