What is Conclave Arcana?

The game Splinterlands is card-based, meaning each player has a deck of cards available to play battles. Over time, new card collections are released, changing the entire game dynamic.

That’s what happened in May 2025 when a new card collection called Conclave Arcana was launched. I bought a few card packs to try out the new features, and this post shows how we can use these cards in battles to earn rewards in this #Splinterlands #play2earn game!

I waited a while before deciding to buy a few more packs. Now’s the time! I checked my balance and have just over 4K DEC available. I could choose between the Starter Pack and the Standard Pack, which cost 1K DEC and 4K DEC respectively.

Since I had already purchased Standard Packs during the presale, I chose to buy 4 Starter Packs. In this case, we need to be aware that this pack has a reduced cost because it is extremely limited:

• Includes 5 random Common or Rare cards (no Epics or Legendaries)
• 1 guaranteed Rare card
• No GOLD FOIL cards
• No BLACK FOIL cards

Taking all that into account, I went ahead with the Standard Pack purchase because I felt lucky! LOL! I also created a new divider for my pack opening posts! Leave your thoughts in the comments!

Let’s be patient here and analyze each of the cards! Step by step!

The first three cards are interesting:

• Phlegmunculus is a Divine Construct of the Earth element and has double attack, melee and ranged. That’s always useful and a great advantage. Since it costs only 2 MANA, it has low health. However, this set of attributes makes it a real beast in Equalizer battles!
  Market value: USD 0.40
• Silverleaf Warlock is an Elf of the Death element and has a 2-point magic attack, which is very welcome in my collection. This card is very useful right now because I’m focusing my deck on Death and Water.
  Market value: USD 0.07
• Vicious Giraffe is a Mundane Beast of the Fire element and has a 1-point melee attack. A duplicate, common card I rarely use.
  Market value: USD 0.09

• Fenmoor Wood Troll is a Bruteborn of the Earth element with 2 ranged attack points, which makes it not very useful due to its high cost of 10 MANA, and I’m not prioritizing this element at the moment.
  Market value: USD 0.05

• Kavor Skarn is a Summoner of the Drakoshan type from the Dragon element and has the Bloodline Dominion attribute that grants +1 speed to his descendants. Certainly the best card from this opening and it gives me the ability to use Dragon cards, which I’ve never done before due to the lack of a summoner! Its 3 MANA cost is excellent and it will definitely be heavily used from now on!
  Market value: USD 1.57

This opening was very interesting and opened up several possibilities I couldn’t explore before! This new summoner will completely change my game from now on, and I’ll be able to test new strategies and share them with you all!

I plan to keep buying Conclave Arcana Packs and sharing the results with everyone!

O que é Conclave Arcana?

O jogo Splinterlands é baseado em cards, ou seja, um baralho de cards que cada jogador tem a disposição para jogar as batalhas. A cada tempo, uma nova coleção de cards é lançada, fazendo com que toda a dinâmica do jogo mude.

Foi isso que aconteceu em Maio de 2025 quando foi lançada a nova coleção de cards chamada Conclave Arcana. Eu comprei alguns packs de cards para poder experimentar as novidades, e esta postagem mostra como podemos usar esses cards em batalhas, visando ganhar as recompensas desse jogo #Splinterlands que é #play2earn!

Esperei um tempo para decidir comprar mais alguns packs. Agora é a hora! Fui verificar meu saldo e tenho pouco mais de 4K DEC disponível. Para isso eu poderia optar entre Starter Pack e Standard Pack, sendo que seus custos são respectivamente 1K DEC e 4K DEC.

Como eu já havia comprado pacotes Standard Pack na prévenda, optei por comprar 4 pacotes Starter Pack. Neste caso precisamos estar atentos pois esse pacote tem um custo reduzido pois ele é extremamente limitado:

• São 5 cards aleatórios do tipo Comum ou Raro (não pode ser épico nem lendário)
• 1 Card tem garantia de ser Raro
• Não podem ser GOLD FOIL
• Não podem ser BLACK FOIL

Levando tudo isso em conta, procedi com a compra do Standar Pack pois eu achei que estava com sorte! LOL! Aproveitei para gerar um novo divisor para minhas postagens de compra de packs! Deixe sua opinião nos comentários!

Aqui precisamos ter paciência e analisar cada um dos cards! Vamos com calma!

Os primeiros três cards são interessantes:

• Phlegmunculus é um Divine Construct do elemento Earth e tem ataque duplo, melee e ranged. Isso é sempre útil e pode ser um belo diferencial. Como seu custo é baixo, apenas 2 pontos de MANA, seus pontos de vida também são baixos. Porém, esse conjunto de atributos torna esse card um verdadeiro monstro em batalhas Equalizer!
  Valor de mercado: USD 0,40
• Silverleaf Warlock é um Elfo do elemento Death e tem um ataque mágico de dois pontos, que é muito bem vindo para minha coleção. Esse card é muito útil neste momento pois estou concentrando meu baralho em Death e Water.
  Valor de mercado: USD 0,07
• Vicious Giraffe é um Mundane Beast do elemento Fire e tem ataque de 1 ponto melee. Card repetido, comum, e pouco usado por mim.
  Valor de mercado: USD 0,09

• Fenmoor Wood Troll é um Bruteborn do elemento Earth que possui dois pontos de ataque ranged, o que o coloca em uma situação de pouco uso pois seu custo de 10 pontos MANA é elevado, e eu não estou priorizando esse elemento no momento.
  Valor de mercado: USD 0,05

• Kavor Skarn é um invocador do tipo Drakoshan do elemento Dragon e tem por atributo Bloodline Dominion conceder +1 ponto de velocidade para seus descendentes. Certamente o melhor card dessa abertura e vem para me conceder a possibilidade de usar os cards Dragon, coisa que eu não fiz até hoje devido a falta de um invocador! Seus 3 pontos de MANA são excelentes e certamente será muito utilizado a partir de agora!
  Valor de mercado: USD 1,57

Essa abertura foi muito interessante e abriu várias possibilidades que até então eu não poderia explorar! Esse novo invocador vai mudar completamente meu jogo daqui para frente e poderei testar novas estratégias e postarei para todos vocês!
