What are some pull factors to leave your current job?

An excellent colleague who has been in the team for many years just announced his resignation. This is something unexpected as he has been a core member. It's unfortunate that our blessings of having him in the team is going to come to an end. This then sets me thinking, what are some of pull factors to leave your current job?

• Better work hours: This can be a different start and end time to fit your lifestyle.

• Higher compensation: Salary increment or maybe better employee benefits?

• Remote working flexibility: This is something very sought after since the pandemic, saves commuting time and cost

I believe the factors are highly dependent on your phase in life. Priorities for a young graduate will differ from a new parent or a retiring employee. So what do you think, let me know if there are other pull factors in the comments!
