Super useful Fungus card, I show you some strategies [ENG/ESP]

Soulbound has brought a lot of good cards to the game, but there is one that has been catching my attention lately, Madcap Magus, do you know it? This mushroom belongs to a particular class, it's from the earth splinter, the only element that has mushrooms in its arsenal, each one of them is part of a unique collection that has its own abilities.

I'm not a fan of the earth splinter but since Quora came out in some Gladius containers I started to play with this element more often. Magus has also popped up in a few chests and I've found it to be a super useful card in some battle conditions, I have it at level 2 and have been putting it to quite a bit of use lately.

It's all due to the abilities and stats it has, they are simple but as I said they are quite useful in specific conditions. The only thing I don't like is that it needs 4 points of mana to be used, maybe with 2 or 3 points we would be facing an epic card and not rare. As for the rest of its stats, it has +2 life points, +1 speed and +1 magic attack.

Soulbound ha traído muchas cartas buenas para el juego, pero hay una que me ha estado llamando mucho la atención últimamente, Madcap Magus, la conoces? Este hongo pertenece a una clase particular, es del splinter de tierra, el único elemento que tiene hongos en su arsenal, cada uno de ellos forma parte de una colección única que posee sus propias habilidades.

No soy fan del splinter de tierra pero desde que Quora me salió en unos contenedores Gladius comencé a jugar con este elemento más seguido. Magus también me ha salido en algunos cofres y he descubierto que es una carta súper útil en algunas condiciones de batalla, la tengo en el nivel 2 y le he estado dando bastante uso últimamente.

Todo se debe a las habilidades y estadísticas que tiene, son sencillas pero como he dicho son bastante útiles en condiciones específicas. Lo único que no me gusta es que se necesitan 4 puntos de mana para ser utilizada, quizás con unos 2 puntos o 3 estaríamos ante una carta épica y no rara. En cuanto al resto de sus stats posee +2 puntos de vida, +1 de velocidad y +1 de ataque mágico.

The abilities of this card are the most striking, it has Scattershot that combined with the magic attack is simply brutal, you can take advantage of this ability because it does not have a fixed firing pattern, so no "taunt" can force you to redirect your attacks. Let's be honest, this skill is usually a headache and somewhat difficult to use effectively because we do not control the attack, but in magic things change a bit and it is certainly better than the ranged attack because it attacks life directly, taking that into account it is worth using it.

The second skill is life leech, a very well known and the counterpart of scavenger, with it Magus increases his life in each attack that hits the enemy, that way he can guarantee a longer stay, use and durability in combat.

Las habilidades de esta carta son lo más llamativo, tiene Scattershot que combinada con el ataque mágico es sencillamente brutal, se puede aprovechar mucho esta habilidad ya que no tiene un patrón fijo de disparo, por lo que ni “taunt” le puede obligar a redireccionar sus ataques. Seamos honestos, esta habilidad suele ser un dolor de cabeza y algo difícil de usar con eficacia porque no controlamos el ataque, pero en magia las cosas cambian un poco y sin duda es mejor que el ataque a distancia porque ataca la vida directamente, teniendo eso en cuenta vale la pena usarla.

La segunda habilidad es life leech, una muy conocida y la contraparte de scavenger, con ella Magus aumenta su vida en cada ataque que impacta al enemigo, de esa forma puede garantizar una mayor estadía, uso y durabilidad en el combate.

I will focus only on these two skills because I have it at level 2 and there is only that, plus I like to speak properly in order to give more weight to my posts. This card is not recommended to use it in every battle or simply to complete the mana of a fight, being weak it will be the immediate target of "opportunistic", the ideal is to use it when it is favorable and fortunately there are conditions that benefit it greatly, one of them is Fog of war, As you well know this condition does not allow cards with snipe, opportunist and snake to enjoy this ability so Magus is free of all rival attacks except explosion or Scattershot, so you can use it in the last squares of your lineup and take advantage of their abilities. In this battle you will see how impressive she becomes in Fog of war.
Me centrare solo en estas dos habilidades porque la tengo en nivel 2 y allí tiene solo eso, además me gusta hablar con propiedad para así dar más peso a mis post. Esta carta aclaro, no es recomendable usarla en todas las batallas o simplemente para completar el mana de una pelea, al ser débil será el blanco inmediato de “oportunista”, lo ideal es usarla cuando sea favorable y afortunadamente hay condiciones que la benefician en gran manera, una de ellas es Fog of war, como bien sabes esta condición no permite que las cartas con snipe, oportunista y snake gocen de dicha habilidad por lo que Magus queda libre de todo ataque rival menos de explosión u Scattershot, así que puedes usarla en las ultimas casillas de tu alineación y tomar ventaja de sus habilidades. En esta batalla podrás ver lo impresionante que se vuelve en Fog of war.

The other battle condition that you can take advantage of is "Little League" although here you must be more careful because it will not be untouchable as in the previous one, however you can accompany it with furious chicken or any other card that has less life and you will ensure that it will not be the first target to be eliminated. The good thing about Little league is that you can only use cards with 4 points of mana, that is an advantage because depending on the elements available can turn Magus into a powerful card and very difficult to defeat, watch this battle and you will see what I mean.
La otra condición de batalla que puedes aprovechar es “Little League” aunque aquí debes tener más cuidado porque no será intocable como en la anterior, sin embargo puedes acompañarla de furious chicken o alguna otra carta que tenga menos vida y aseguraras que no sea el primer blanco a eliminar. Lo bueno de Little league es que solo se pueden usar cartas con 4 puntos de mana, eso es una ventaja porque dependiendo de los elementos disponibles puede convertir a Magus en una carta poderosa y muy difícil de derrotar, observa esta batalla y veras de lo que hablo.

There are more conditions where it can be used, "equal life" for example, imagine having it at the beginning with +10 life and +2 magic with the help of Obsidian, and if you surround it with other enhancers you will have a monster that can not be defeated easily, plus in each turn it will increase its life, a super tank. I definitely think it's a spectacular card, I hope I get it in more chests because I intend to keep leveling it up. Hay más condiciones donde se puede usar, “equal life” por ejemplo, imagina tenerla de inicio con +10 de vida y +2 de magia con la ayuda de Obsidian, y si la rodeas de otros potenciadores tendrás un monstruo que no podrá ser derrotada con facilidad, además que en cada turno aumentara su vida, un súper tanque. Definitivamente me parece una carta espectacular, espero que me salga en más cofres porque pretendo seguirla subiendo de nivel.
