A deeply restorative sleep after yesterday's marathon and ballet training and a full day of everyday hustle and bustle has left me fit and ready for the weekend. The view out of the window tells me that it's going to be a cold, sunny and clear weekend - a perfect backdrop for my thoughts and goals. I want to take advantage of this wonderful winter weather for myself.
Cold: without unnecessary emotions
The cold outside reminds me that sometimes it's necessary to look at things coolly and soberly. In my case, this means making clear decisions and not allowing myself to be influenced by unnecessary emotions. Just like the clear winter air outside, I want to purify my thoughts so that I can pursue my goals without ballast.
Sunny: a good mood in my heart
The sun in the sky makes me smile and reminds me that a good mood is a powerful driving force. Even when it's cold, warmth can come from within. My aim is to use the positive rays of my own motivation and transfer them to others. A sunny disposition not only moves me forward, but also creates an infectious energy for the people around me.
Clear: knowing what to do
The clear view through the crisp winter air reflects my intention to know what needs to be done and where I belong at all times. Clarity in my goals and smart planning are the tools that help me see the path ahead. Mit Guter Laune und Sonnenschein im Herzen: SelfieSaturday
Ein tief erholsamer Schlaf nach dem gestrigen Marathon- und Ballett- Training und einem vollen Tag Alltagstrubel hat mich fit und bereit für das Wochenende gemacht. Der Blick aus dem Fenster verrät mir, dass es ein kaltes, sonniges und klares Wochenende werden wird - eine perfekte Kulisse für meine Gedanken und Ziele. Ich möchte mir diese wundervollen Winterwettereigenschaften für mich abschauen.
Kalt: Ohne unnötige Emotionen
Die Kälte draußen erinnert mich daran, dass es manchmal notwendig ist, Dinge kühl und nüchtern zu betrachten. In meinem Fall bedeutet das, klare Entscheidungen zu treffen und mich nicht von unnötigen Emotionen beeinflussen zu lassen. Genau wie die klare Winterluft draußen möchte ich meine Gedanken reinigen, um meine Ziele ohne Ballast zu verfolgen.
Sonnig: Gute Laune im Herzen
Die Sonne am Himmel lässt mich lächeln und erinnert mich daran, dass gute Laune eine mächtige Antriebskraft ist. Auch wenn es kalt ist, kann die Wärme von innen kommen. Die kalte Klarheit des Winters inspiriert mich, mich nicht von Nebensächlichkeiten ablenken zu lassen, sondern fokussiert und zielgerichtet voranzuschreiten.
Mein Wochenende wird von diesen drei Eigenschaften geprägt sein: kalt, sonnig und klar. Ich werde meine Ziele mit der Kälte der Überlegung, der Wärme der guten Laune und der Klarheit meiner Absichten verfolgen.
