Versteckt im NH Hotel in der Grolmanstraße, nur wenige Schritte vom Ku’damm entfernt, liegt die Van Gogh Piano & Cocktail Bar – ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die Kunst, Live-Musik und gute Drinks lieben.

Was mich zuerst beeindruckt hat, war nicht das Klavier (obwohl die Musik wunderbar war), sondern die Kunst an den Wänden. Ausdrucksstarke Gemälde, die in Farbe und Licht zu vibrieren scheinen – Landschaften, die fast leuchten, als sei das Sonnenlicht selbst in der Farbe gefangen. Besonders das obige Werk hat mich fasziniert – leuchtende Blau-, Pink- und Grüntöne, die an den flüchtigen Zauber eines Spätsommertages erinnern.

Die Atmosphäre ist warm, stilvoll und inspirierend. Die Klaviermusik schafft eine elegante Stimmung, und das gesamte Ambiente lädt dazu ein, einfach mal durchzuatmen und den Moment zu genießen.

Mein Drink des Abends: ein White Russian, genau so, wie ich ihn mag – mit Sahne, nicht mit Milch (obwohl man sogar wählen konnte). Perfekt gemixt, cremig und der ideale Begleiter für den Abend.
