PELACOR ARBALEST is a new Chaos legion card; because of its double strike ability, most players would put it into a team for battles. It is powerful, but weak, so the shield is really important for winning. Another new Chaos card, URIEL THE PURIFIER, is too bad, because its recharge ability; without recharge ability, URIEL THE PURIFIER can do much better, I thought.
