Hive Power (HP) - What is it, how to use it and why - including why you should delegate to the WOO account

What Is It & How to Use?
Hive Power is accumulated by staking the hive token on your hive account, essentially the more Hive that you have staked on your account the more Hive Power you have. The HP then becomes your voting power for voting on other users articles or content on the hive network, for example you can use your HP to vote/like on someone else's article that they have written about WOO on PeakD, you could upvote their thread on InLeo or you could vote on their video content on 3Speak, with that in mind please feel free to upvote any of my content 😂. You can also vote on other users comments in a similar way. As mentioned before if you have more hive power then this will translate to larger likes or upvotes on the other users content which will mean that they will receive larger rewards from their content.

Why Delegate to the WOO Account?
All of the above sounds awesome, so why would i want to delegate power to the WOO account? by delegating power to another account/user (in this case WOO) you increase the power of their upvote. In a community like the WOO community where we are all about recognizing our own, this pooling of HP to the WOO accounts means that when the WOO account votes on posts from the community, the earning that we earn are much greater. Personally i love the sense of feeling a part of something bigger, so i will be delegating some HP over the coming days, and i would encourage you to consider it too.

From there you want to make sure you are logged in and then click on the Piggy Bank Icon

From here you want to scroll down to the option to delegate HP, you can also se the current APR and daily returns.
