Staking bonus sent, regular payout headed out. Staking bonus is of course only for staked amounts, and regular payouts take into account both stake and balance, allowing users to have a combination of liquid and staked UTOPIS.

The Server that runs all these numbers and sends out payments just got juicied up! It should run smoothly Come Monday.
