Splinterlands Social Media Challenge!
Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another blog about splinterlands challenge. This is my entry post for the contest, if you also want to participate in the challenge, you can click here and follow some basics rules given as per the community.
Now let me share you about the ruleset first before we start our blog. The name of the rule set is BLOOD MOON. I am playing this ruleset for the first time, so in this ruleset. All the units gain bloodlust in the start of the battle.
My Lineup
This is my lineup for the battle
These were the monsters which I have choose to play the battle and won, the battle was of 36 total Mana cost, which also includes the summoner.
Now let's talk about the battle in detail how and where the monster attack on each other and what's the point where game has been changed. So let's go ahead.
ROUND 1
So the round starts all the monster get the power as per the ruleset and even from the summoner. So my monster took out the first move and attack on opponent second position monster. In this round no monster was knock everyone was just attacking on each other and making weak for the next rounds. So let's move to the next round of the battle.
ROUND 2
So again my monster took out the first move and the best part was as per the ruleset my monster were very hungry and they attack on opponent second position monster. My monster eliminate him and after that my monsters attack on opponent first position monster as he was already weak. So in this round opponent lose 2 monsters and my monster were getting little weak for the next round.
ROUND 3&4&5
So now opponent have only two monster's left but if you see opponent have a strong defend type monster ahead. I actually hate this monster because he defends the attack and with that the back monsters will get safe and have a high advantage because they will attack from back. But in this battle opponent was not having enough monster's to eliminate my monster. And even though everyone was standing strong in the battle. But still it took almost 2 rounds for my monster to eliminate that giant monster. The best part was LORD and MAHKAH was attacking with -4 and -3 together which really affects a lot in the game.
And in round 3 and 4 my monster eliminate opponent single position monster and then there is only last monster left. So my monster also attack on him and as you can see he was already weak. So it take only single attack for my monsters to attack. And there I won the game from my opponent without losing any single monster. The game was too good for me.
When the game was started I was feeling uncomfortable by seeing opponent monster because they were looking dangerous. But I forget I have also too good monster's in the game. If you notice one thing in game opponent was not having strong monster which can attack on my monster strongly. And I have all attacking monster with high speed and power. I think opponent made a mistake not selecting attacking monsters. How much attacks you can defend? and on the other side if you don't attack then how can you eliminate opponent monsters?. So every monster and placement plays important role.
