Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Favorite Strategies

Greetings everyone!

Here we go today with another blog about splinterlands challenge. This is my entry post for the contest, if you also want to participate in the challenge, you can click here and follow some basics rules given as per the community.

Now let me share you about the ruleset first before we start our blog. The name of the ruleset is NOXIOUS FUMES. In this ruleset all the monster will get poison after every round of the battle. Well this ruleset is getting to be very interesting but before that let me share you my list of monster.

Now let me tell you about the monsters which I have choose to play the battle and won against my strong opponent. This monsters which I am sharing is my favourite and I am using this all as much as I can.

My Lineup

This is my lineup for the battle

Position 3	Ujurak Mystic	Lookout, Poisoned
Position 4	Lord Thanalor	Amplify, Poisoned
Position 5	Regal Peryton	Flying, Poisoned
Position 6	Goblin Psychic	Heal tank, Poisoned

These were the monsters which I have choose to play the battle and won, the battle was of total 42 Mana cost, which also includes the summoner. Now let's see the battle and how my monster have played the game against my strong opponent.

ROUND 1

Before the round starts all the monster collect the power from their respective summoner, as my monster were having the magic power so they have gained from my summoner. After that the first attack was about AMBUSH from the opponent side, but it does not affect anything on my monster. So now the actual battle starts.

ROUND 2

Well actually we see this is the first round of the battle but no problem let's see what happened in this round of the battle. As the opponent first position monster is very weak so as my monster attacked on him he got knocked out from the game after that opponent tried to attack on MYCELIC but anyhow he was very strong and standing in the front of opponent. And then GOBLIN give the health from back to him after that again the next opponent monster came and then my monster attack on him with full power so he also get eliminate from the game. So in this round opponent lose 2 monster in a row. Now let's see what happened in the next round of the battle.

ROUND 3

Well before the round ends every monster get the poison as per the ruleset of the game and at this point every monster will lose 2 health from the poison. If you see the opponent monster at last 2 monster having 2 health so at that moment they get knocked out there only just because of the ruleset and at the end opponent have only 2 monster to fight. So as my monster attacked on them one by one they both also get knocked out from the game and here I won the battle from my strong opponent very easily.

STRATEGY
My FAVOURITE MONSTERS ARE THOSE I HAVE SHARED ABOVE, I am using them every time and they are the perfect COMBO because REGAL have FLYING ability when the opponent attack on him there is maximum chance that it does not effect, and on the other side GOBLIN who is giving HEALING to the first position so this is what I love to play with this monsters. And the other thing which I like about magic is that they are attacking on the monster directly to their health from the air, while on the other side melee and range will break the shield of the monster at that of point there are more chance to lose the battle. So this is the reason why I love to play with OBSIDIAN and magic monsters. So this was the monster, strategy this is the simple reasons why i am winning the battles most of the time.
