INSURGENCE IN NORTH-EAST

it is the giant of Africa and the most know country in Africa due to the high rate of cybercrime, but aside from that the country is blessed from all forms of natural deserter like volcanoes, hurricanes, tornadoes, landslides, and earthquakes, Nigeria is based on the afrobeat when it comes to music which is currently trending in the world today, what most people don’t know about Nigeria is that it Is divided into three ethnic group the Hausa, the Igbo, and the Yoruba;

all other tribes fall under these three ethnic groups. Nigeria is a very peaceful place where you can live your life without the interference of any form, a nation that accepts everyone irrespective of their background culture, and tribe, but everything changed when the insurgence arose in the north-east of the country when a group of persons arose and called themselves Boko haram (which mean the western school is prohibited)

the insurgence begin in the early 2000 but became public in 2009, making cover pages of every magazine headlines on television, and frontline on every social media platform this insurgence was so severe that it make foreign investors relocate from the country, numbers of soldiers were deployed at the northeast to tackle this but it still makes mainstream. it makes a lot of people to relocate from north to southern part of the country due to all this the country's economy is losing value the country GDP fall, and a lot of people are losing their job almost everything in north-east shut down the school, market, churches, mosques, hospitals, airport everything shut down the place that was considered as the most peaceful country become the most fearful country because of insurgence
in Maiduguri, when it all started everyone thinks the Boko haram are Muslim because their first target are churches but with time they started attacking mosques, hospitals, and the rest.
But with the help of our security(soldiers), they have fought and regained most of the areas taken by these outlaws, till date a lot of people are afraid of the north, because of all this, the name north become a danger. They still called it north but we call it HOME….Like and comment if you need to know more about this …
