Season 67 has come to end and Season 68 is going to shake things up!

Season 67 of Splinterlands has come to an end and it was a decent Season for me. There were a lot of things that happened during this season and so my Glint rewards were not as great as I originally had planned but my time spent elsewhere was well worth it.

I fought my way up to Silver 2 (Rating 1,320 to be exact) and I earned 14,269 Glint from battles so that's 28,538 Glint in total.

I always assumed that when the new set Conclave Arcana gets released then the Rebellion Reward cards would be replaced with Conclave Arcana Reward cards but I learned that is not true and until further notice Rebellion Reward cards will still be in the Glint shop. So that means I have more time to build out my Rebellion Reward subset.

But with the new set coming that also means I need to start getting ready for pack openings.. Currently I don't have a lot of potions for those pack openings. So the first thing I do with my Glint is to buy some potions so I have them ready (I know its a little ways out but I want to be prepared and I am forgetful)

So I bought 19 Alchemy Potions so that I would have 25 in total. I also bought 17 Legendary Potions to get those up to 25 as well. I wanted at least enough to have to open 5 Conclave Arcana packs.

But that leaves me with a lot of extra Glint. I really want a Legendary card but I don't have enough and I don't have the patience to wait until next season without spending anymore Glint. So I decided to try to build out my Rare Reward Cards.

I have at least 1 of each of the Common Cards and with the possibility of getting some cards from League progression chests I figured I wouldn't waste Glint on Common cards anymore.

5 Rare Draw's for 3,750 Glint? Yes Please!

Good, I needed 1 more Commander Slade to level him up to level 2 so this was a nice! Granted I will need to keep levelling up my summoners as well but that is a struggle for another day!

And of course I couldn't stop there so I went and bout 5 more Rare Draw's 2 more times.

All of these cards are a welcome addition but that RazorHound is what I was really excited about because he was one of the Rare Reward cards I did not have yet.

I was also able to level up Chaos Adjutant to level 2 and that is nice as well!

The rest of the season was interesting for me. Sure I did earn 20.427 SPS from Modern Ranked Battles which was great. I put some of that into the Swap.Hive/SPS Liquidity Pool in Tribaldex to earn SPS passively. And the rest I just staked to my in-game SPS totals.

Towards the end of the season I stopped playing the max amount of battles as well because of 3 reasons.

1. Silver 2 was HARD for me. I felt like I was losing twice as much as I was winning.
2. This last season was when I really started to dive head first into Land and trying to prepare for Land 1.75. So I was shifting my focus alot to my plots of land.
3. I started down a different Hive project/task thingy that I am still working on but has taken a lot of my free time to figure out.
