My Investment Strategy - DEC & SPS Tokens

Both DEC & SPS tokens are used in Splinterlands blockchain gaming. Both tokens have their own use case and importance. In this blog, I will share, why I like to invest more in DEC & SPS tokens in the current time period. I will also tell the reason behind my investment in DEC & SPS tokens.

Investing in DEC & SPS

I always need DEC tokens, because I take many cards on rent and for that, we need DEC tokens. The DEC tokens are used to purchase potions and items from the shop. Also, it is used in the market for card purchases and rent. So, this token is highly useful and we can save our money by purchasing DEC tokens when the price is relatively lower. Right now my priority is SPS tokens but when I will reach my SPS goal then I will focus more on DEC as an investment purpose. I do purchase DEC and I spend them in less time.

Everyone knows the use case of SPS tokens, the staked SPS balance is required to increase our Reward Boost in the game. For the Silver I league, I need approximately 12000 SPS tokens to earn a reward at a 10x reward boost. I don’t have that many SPS tokens, but I am trying to accumulate SPS tokens whenever I get a chance. Apart from that staked SPS tokens can be used to delegate in exchange for some DEC tokens from the rental market. Also, there are liquidity pool options as well for SPS tokens. Hence, I will try my best to stake more SPS tokens in the coming time. SPS tokens itself can help you earn more SPS tokens. I see this is the best time to invest in SPS tokens as the price is not that high.

SPS Staking

The SPS Staking is one of the best ways to earn steady earnings at the rate of ~15% APR. Also, it will help to increase our Reward boost for the respective league. I see it as one of the best investment opportunities in this year. I started with 100 SPS tokens this year and now I am at 8457 SPS tokens in my game wallet. Today I purchased 717 SPS tokens from hive-engine as I thought to take advantage of the price drop. My SPS tokens goal for the year 2023 is 12000 and I want to reach my goal before the end of this year. I will complete my goal as soon as possible.

Holding SPS and DEC tokens is a helpful asset for me in the long term. Also, investing in cards and packs will help to progress in the game. Our rating and winning rate matter a lot. So, I am trying to increase my strength in play as much as I can.
