Ukrainian football team Dynamo Kiev plans to sell tickets for a match in the form of NFTs.

The decision was announced on Friday and its implementation will coincide with the launch of a new NFT marketplace based on the Binance blockchain in June. Fans will be able to buy them on the new Binance platform until the end of next month.

The move is just the beginning, says Mark Ginsburg, the team's director of innovation.

"We have a well-calculated strategy and a clear goal over the next two years to make Ukraine's best club the technological leader of European football."

Acesta he commented.

Team officials hope that more than 25% of tickets for future home matches will be sold as NFTs, but have not announced an exact date by which they hope to meet this goal.

Dynamo tickets are tokenized by the fintech company Moonwalk. In January of this year, Moonwalk announced the collaboration with the football team that aims to create an entire economy around cryptocurrencies.

This would include a personalized club token, prizes, bonuses and games.

Other football teams have already launched their own tokens through the Socios platform. The Manchester City coin, called $ CITY, is the latest addition to the Socios platform.

Other teams that have already joined this trend are Juventus, AC Milan, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
