We had another Town Hall Meeting and I'm here to take some notes and thoughts on the matters talked. Here we go:

Well, I'm not covering everything here, there are lot's of interesting stuff happened on Townhall. I advise you to watch that stream cause it's one of the most promising Townhalls!

!!! 👀👀👀 Alpha Announcements from Matt 👀👀👀 !!!

I must say, those notes are gettin gpretty well covered so I only have some commentson things. Matt was here with us after a month of break and he has stuff to share! And those stuff are the answers of most of the stuff we are thinking about!

Matt was so energetic this time, he said he's the conservative one in the lead team but he's bullish on everything SPL. He was talking about lots of enhancements and improvements. At one point he said in 6 months the game will be very different and improved from what it is now! That's really good news and he took my vote of confidence in this TownHall.

BOT FARMING WILL BE DISCOURAGED, NOT BANNED

• The thing you don't see in the town hall summary is: he directly adressed the BOT FARMING PROBLEM ! Well, as a player in the game that felt like the game is owning its flaws and mistakes, so that's very promising. Matt repeatedly admitted this flaw and he said all things they were doing was band-aiding the problem. Good news is that he finally came with a real solution to the problem! Bot farming will not be banned but having all your assets on one account will be better than having it spread on hundreds of accounts.

REWARDS SYSTEM CHANGES, CARD OWNERSHIP

• There will be a new reward structure implementation as of April. As a starter you don't feel the downer that getting one chest and maybe 1 credit or a potion inside for the dailies. Instead, all the leagues have their own kind of chests. The higher you raise you have the chance to get better rewards. I don't think he said anything on EOS rewards, but it will be fixed too I guess!

• Starter cards are a life saver but it's obviously not good for the cards, cause we don't buy those! That's gonna change, playing with starter cards reduces your rewards. If you have more cards owned you get more rewards! That's also another incentive to buy packs and cards from the market cause people just don't care their cards are ghost or not! So, those cards that you depend on as a ghost are not that reward friendly and those prices on the market for the ghost cards will rise, I'm sure of that!

NEW REWARD CARDS, ABILITIES AND RIFTWATCHERS

• 10 Reward cards will be added to the system! They will apparently have new ability/abilities! This is also part of the preps for Riftwatchers! Nate showed one of the cards that we know from the latest lore:Change, Lord Jared.

GAME FRAMEWORK WILL BE UPDATED

• Ok, this is big news: Matt thinking about changing the game interface, framework in order to move to a new era. He talked about he was checking out DEFI space and had some notes. So what will happen is that they will implement a new framework that works both desktop and mobile, includes all the assets of the game tradable right on this PORTAL, and all lots of stuff like LPs and exchanges can be handled there. Well, that's a big move, more important than all the stuff talked on the Townhall. Also, he said they are not rushing on lands because lands will be the main platform of everything.

GUILD BUILDINGS AFFECTING LAND ACTIONS

• He added something about having all buildings of a guild built is a very good thing for land owners! This is a little bit bad news for people freelancing around without bounding to a guild but mostly good thing about being in a guild. And also an incentive for people to construct their buildings not just for brawls and gladius cases!

SPS VALIDATOR NODES AS NFTs

• In order to have an Sps validator node, you'll need a license and that license will be sold with vouchers (TBD) A license could be delgated or sold. Working a node 24/7 will get you rewards. It will be easy to run but you may need to have it run on a cloud server in order to keep it work 24/7.

NEW LEGENDARY LIFE SUMMONER PREVIEW

• Nate leaked (😄Aggroed forcefully extracted that image at last minute) the next Legendary Life Summoner artwork. Here comes Grandmaster Rathe!

Characters are getting ready for more

• Nate was emphasizing on character evolution and getting ready for more: animations, series, comics etc. Here is an image he shared on Townhall:

Other Stuff:

• Modern/Wild Format getting ready.

• Splinterfest is coming. Currently looking into the HyperX Arena at the Luxor as a potential venue.

• Tournaments: Saw over 60k viewers on Twitch streams, overall tournament participation has increased by more than 30%
