It seems we have similar mindset and goals :)
I do have a question - for the @hivebuzz Badges where you post each day... Do comments count or is it just "Write a Post"?

I just figured it out - it's "Write a Post".
Comments do not count :P
Yep you can either write a post every day or power up at least 1 Hive every day. Combination works as well, if you don't want to write a post today you can simply power up. And tomorrow you might write a post but not power up it would still work for the badge.
Only "posts" count towards regular author badges, not comments.
Call me "Ash Ketchup" so I don't violate any TM's... but I "gotta post'em all"!!!
