This time, I am trying to earn my way up the Leaderboard to at least 30 or so... but that will require a large investment on my part... currently 30th place is already over 6,000,000 DEC Spent!!!

I'm not sure how I will come up with those funds but look at what has already sold in the first 24 hours!!

Standard Pack: 4,000 DEC or 4,000 Credits ($4)

That's a little over 10% in the first day and the day isn't over yet!

Alchemy Pack: 12,000 DEC or 12,000 Credits ($12)

The Alchemy Pack has a Guaranteed GOLD FOIL and is selling out quicker than the Standard Packs!

31,132 Alchemy Packs have sold with 68,868 Remaining (31.13% Sold)

It looks like the Players believe these to be a really good value - I wonder why that is?!?

Isn't that interesting!? Almost the same % of Standard and Legendary Packs have sold!! However, the Alchemy Packs are over 30% SOLD OUT already!!! Just one day into it!!

I wonder if we will sell out the entire PRE RELEASE?!?

SPS Price and the "Burn Through"

All this talk about burning/swapping/buying/selling SPS and DEC for Pre Sale made me think of something...

What's better than burning SPS once? BURNING IT TWICE, OF COURSE!!!

How does this possibly work, without taking a loss? Well... it doesn't... not really... but there IS a way to mitigate that loss!

Step 1: Play a game of Splinterlands
Step 2: WIN a game of Splinterlands

Check that out! 13.502 SPS for the win!!

Step 3: Burn 100 SPS!

Step 4: Swap 1,196 DEC on Tribaldex or Hive Engine back to SPS!

Dang... that's a 5.06 SPS loss to make this cycle complete...

Or is it???

Well... We burned 100 SPS -> 1196 DEC... Then Swapped 1,196 DEC -> 94.94 SPS... but we WON 13.502 SPS!!!

So if we burn 100 SPS when we win... instead of losing anything... we'd just gain a little less...

So that's like Burning 100 SPS to get 100 SPS but winning 8.5 SPS instead...

Which means... that Modern Ranked Win netted me 8.5 SPS AND decreased the supply of SPS by 100...

If I'm the only one doing this... with about 1,479,000,000 SPS circulating... I suppose it would only take me 10,000,000 Wins to get through about half of that lmaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

So... how about you? When you win a battle... maybe burn a little SPS to celebrate? 1 SPS? 10? 100? 1,000?

I mean... some of the top Survivor Players are taking down 50+ SPS Wins... so 1,000 SPS Burn Through would be about a 50 SPS loss... but is it really???

Anyways - a little burn pressure might help, over time, to push the price of SPS up!! Especially if I'm not the only one doing it!
