Every in-game asset is represented as a card, and these come in four rarities: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Common cards are plentiful and provide baseline abilities; they are what most players will use early on to get familiar with racing mechanics. Rare cards begin to add special attributes or enhanced features; Epic cards are harder to come by and bring game-changing abilities, while Legendary cards are the crown jewels, with extraordinary power and prestige reserved for elite players or major achievements.

There’s also a special twist: Gold Foil Cards. These are rare variants of the standard cards. When you open a pack, any given card has a chance to become Gold Foil. If you stack multiple gold-foil cards into your kart setup, their bonuses compound. This mechanic subtly rewards long-term collectors, and it adds an incentive to seek rarer versions rather than simply more cards.
