This actully looks solid. I'm curious to learn how or if the game will be NFT, token based though if it's in Gala it should be right?
Wasn't aware of this one. Gameplay looks awesome! I'm a big fan of both diablo and the walking dead franchise. But.. the NFTs seems to have some grotesquely high prices. $2000 for a Rare starter pack and $5000 for an Epic one, and that's at a 75% discount? That's just ridiculous.
Yeah, I don't think you are really going to need those to play though. We will see when details come out. Gala does tend to be P2W, but I'm ok with that. Splinterlands is the same way. I expect we will still be able to enjoy the game for free/cheap.
The big difference between this and Splinterlands, is that in Splinterlands you have NFTs ranging all the way from pennies to hundreds/thousands of dollars, but here the cheapest item is 600 bucks (An Uncommon Medlab at .32 ETH)...
I'm okay with P2W too, and I think I understand the concept well being a Splinterlands collector since Alpha. I'm just saying I think these NFTs are crazy overpriced. Anyways, gonna be interesting to see how it develops. Like I said, gameplay looks really fun.
GALA is gaming for the rich. not for us "the low-budget riffraff gamers"😅
The game looking good tough
Some of the Gala prices are stupid high. But they've also got some of the highest quality games so far, and F2P options aren't too bad. Spider Tanks is a pretty solid game experience for F2P IMO.
I don't know how NFTs will function here, but I'm excited to find out.
Time will tell how their system will develop. There is no doubt that they bring "quality" to the world of crypto-gaming.
