I think it's impossible the be constantly cheerful in life, but we can recognize the temporary nature of our sadness and tell ourselves "this too shall pass"... That makes it go away faster.

Some people have a better ability to be cheerful than others it seems. I don't understand, but I have come to believe that manufacturing happiness is possible.

I just don't know how to do it! 🤣

Those qualities are really admirable. It frees one from undue anxieties and it add positivity to life.
