RE: Can ChatGPT create a Comic Book?

Yeah I completely get the guardrails to be honest, but it's frustrating because often the refusal comes AFTER it's already spent a bunch of time attempting to provide an answer. So you wait a few minutes, then get told it doesn't work, and sometimes it feels no matter how much you troubleshoot it's just "stuck". But I do understand not wanting to just open these things up completely, at least for now.
