Ghosts: The Ghost Killer (Last Mission).
Hey guyz,
Um back people with another blog post in HIVE.
This time I'm going to show my gameplay of Call of Duty: Ghosts where I completed the final mission: The Ghost Killer.
Call of Duty: Ghosts was developed by Infinity Ward and published by ACTIVISION and released worldwide for windows at November 5 2013. It's a first-person shooter video game.
Plot:
Call of Duty: Ghosts is set in the near future that follows the nuclear destruction of the Middle East. The oil-producing nations of South America form the Federation of the Americas in response to the ensuing global economic crisis and quickly grow into a global superpower, swiftly invading and conquering Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico.
The game's main protagonists are the Ghosts, a force of U.S. Special Operations personnel trained to conduct clandestine missions behind enemy lines. The unit is led by retired U.S. Army Captain Elias Walker (Stephen Lang). He is joined by his sons Logan and David "Hesh" Walker (Brandon Routh),along with a trained German Shepherd named Riley, Captain Thomas A. Merrick (Jeffrey Pierce), and Gunnery Sergeant Keegan P. Russ (Brian Bloom).
The game's main antagonist is Gabriel T. Rorke (Kevin Gage), the former leader of the Ghosts who works for the Federation after being captured and brainwashed by the Federation via torture and hallucinogens. To know more, check this out.
I published the gameplay recording on YouTube.
Watch on YouTube.
This final mission was about confronting Rorke one last time.
15 minutes earlier of me blasting the train from space in the previous mission.
It was at Federation Supply Train, Atacama Desert at July 5th and it was Logan Walker whom I got to play the mission with. This mission took place at the same day of Loki.
After beating up an enemy soldier, Hesh left the enemy soldier when Rorke came to the monitor. Our one and only objective of this mission was to find Rorke and kill him for good.
When we came outside of the train compartment, all we could see was destruction and they were so close to us.
These destructions were happening cause our another team was doing their stealth mission in space and after hijacking the federal space station, I was throwing those missiles when I was controlling the player in the space in the previous mission.
I was following Hesh while he was running forwards while the train was at a high speed and the train was like floating, maybe it was running through cables.
There were enemy soldiers all the way around and it was hard to shoot them down on the running train especially when it was shaking a lot.
At a point, I got to jump to that rooftops but I was falling from them again and again. And after several tries, I was succeeded.
Now we were on the upper side of the train and now I can see how the train was running. Not on cables, but it was a floating train for sure as the rail line was above the train and the train was like hanging on the rail line.
At this moment when we were so close Rorke, Hesh asked Merrick to blast this train on his command and now I understood why I had to shoot missile towards this train on the previous mission.
Then Hesh asked me to stay sharp as we had only one chance and then we opened the door.
And there were some enemy soldiers waiting for us who were coming to get us but I shot them down and then there was one final door to reach Rorke.
There was Rorke at the flight deck and holding his neck with one hand, I shot down some of his accomplices who were there with him.
Then unfortunately the dice turned on us and Rorke grabbed my character and took the handgun and targeted Hesh.
Then Rorke was about to shot Hesh and at that very moment, Hesh ordered Merrick to hit the train from the space and that's when I shot the train on the previous mission.
The train includes us was falling down on the ocean.
While we were under water with the train and the flight deck was still intact as it was closed from all sides, I had to shot down Rorke before he kill Hesh.
I shot him down and the bullet broke a glass of the train piercing through Rorke.
We were drowning and I had to pull Hesh out of the water and I did it.
We were on the shore and both of us were alive and happy that we atlast killed Rorke.
There were still destructions that we could see and Hesh confirmed Merrick that Rorke is dead.
I was getting the feeling that the game may be in its last moment and that's when there came the logo of the game with the credits of the developers.
And then that place again where Hesh was resting and I was watching the scene.
And suddenly, out of nowhere, Rorke came like he came from dead and after beating up Hesh, he came to me and started beating my character Logan.
He was praising about my skills and was saying we'd together take down Ghosts.
Then leaving Hesh alive, Rorke was taking my character Logan away while Hesh was screaming but they had nothing to do as they were injured.
This post credit scene made me realize that there may be a ghost 2.
Now this is the end of Call of Duty Ghosts. I enjoyed this game a lot.
I'll start playing and talking about Call of Duty Advanced Warfare soon and if I like that game then I'd continue playing that one.
