These scammers are doing NFTs now

So when there is $$$ to be made, its almost certain that you would get scammers coming in and try to steal your precious earnings away from you.

In this case .. 'Evil Ape' (ironically named) basically did just that. After investors got crazy about these jpegs rush/grab .. the devs (scamerz ) just packed up and ran away with a whooping 2.7m !! It may not be the biggest we've seen to date however it sure is a start.

So be dilligent on what you get online and being a degen does has its perks however it also has its downside to it especially when someone pulls the rugs from below your feet.

Stay safe !!

Cheers all and have a great day ahead

I don't understand how there are users who pay such amounts for an image with no relevant history or market value, to me it seems more like a form of money laundering.

I wouldn’t even buy anything with Evil on it in the first place. Well, it’s a Wild West out here. Moreover I thought NFT’s should be on the blockchain to avoid things like this.
