Hive Simply Is The Best Web3 Solution

Over the last year or so there was a high call towards building web3 decentralized options after we saw presidents being banned from twitter, freedom of speech destroyed online and pushed agendas by social media companies.

Web3 Still has To Be Treated Like A Business

It's not enough to simply create something and offers crypto tokens in exchange for publishing content on that platform. It's been tried and done hundreds of times with fiat currency in the past and every one of those companies the same thing happened. It turned into a giant spam fest where everyone tried to game the system for a few pennies and then

What's Lacking

Your site or application needs to be as good if not better then the web2 variation. This means signup, understanding of what to do next and ease of use. It should simply flow and be something people are used to.

It needs community support heavily at first with a welcoming mindset. It should be open to others to get involved post content and the overall community.

It still needs anti spam measures however it should come down to each individual users to make the choice. A simple mute button a user can select I fully support. This doesn't block freedom of speech it just makes it so if you're an ass hole people most likely are going to mute yo ass.

Hive Blockchain

It's crazy to think but Hive has already been doing all of this for years. While it does have some of it's downfalls such as stupid downvote flag wars. Besides that the platforms been offering all of these positives for years but hasn't ever taken main stream.

Is this from lack of marketing? No
Lack of easy onboarding? Yes
Lack of applications being built on it? Yes

You see when you build something awesome and powerful the community itself will spread it and market it. We saw this heavily with Splinterlands as soon as the play2earn market started to heat up people found out about Splinterlands and start to market and promote it to their friends and their networks. This created one of the largest rallies yet in Hive but also Splinterlands assets.

These bottleneck areas are starting to be addressed by front ends that are treating their front ends like a business. Platforms like Ecency or LeoFinance are opening up easier ways to get started with Hive that eliminates that confusing blockchain part of managing keys etc.

We are also starting to finally see more applications and larger projects being built in the chain such as video 3spk, LeoThreads which will eventually be turned into a platform like twitter.

There's a lot in the pipeline coming to the Hive blockchain. Things that have been in the works for years are starting to launch and become something. The groundwork is building and next will be the user base introduction. Be on top of it by becoming an active part of the Hive blockchain community.

We need simple apps like threads to onboard the masses! It’s a domino effect, just like Instagram, once more people joined they dragged everyone else behind them… you're less likely to stick around if you have no one you know around to follow and engage with.

I think once threads gets out of beta and is more stable, we could see a lot of new users coming in.

Certainly HIVE is currently the best Web3 solution, because its qualities make it so. For the simple fact that no one can ban us on HIVE, and no one can delete our accounts no matter how much they want to, it's simply a breakthrough that Web 2.0 social networks or platforms can't beat.

At HIVE, as we all know, we will always own our accounts, as long as we properly preserve our private keys, and that is extremely valuable. Additionally, HIVE is a platform where entrepreneurs, developers and programmers can create their projects and parallel cryptocurrencies.

I do think that it is necessary to do more Marketing regarding what HIVE is and all its benefits; but more than Marketing, we must make people understand that here what really matters and makes the difference is to add value; and that it is not a simple means to get rich overnight, but with hard work and perseverance, we can create great things and great lasting wealth in the long term.

I'm of those who think that adding value does not only mean creating content, but making it of quality, but also adding value through our interaction with the content of others in a genuine and sincere way (through voting, rebloging and comments); and that is something that must be made to be understood very well by people.

It is also important we make they see that if they are willing to spend their time on networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and many others, without receiving a penny, the difference is that in HIVE they will be able to obtain, if they make an effort, in the long term, great rewards.
