Eager Gets The Best Of Me

For some reason the start of a new year often times brings out renewed vision and goals for myself. The issue I spend much of it like I am right now visit family. This makes it not only hard to blog a ton but holds me back on the eagerness of my goals and what I want to acomplish.

So what better way to quell those feelings then to write it up and plan a bit along with my vision of what might be coming this year in 2023.

LEOFinance Is Now For All

While the LeoFinance community is hella strong it was also limited and small in the sense that the community could only be so big because of the niche topic it was. This in a way is what made LeoFinance great and powerful but also what limited it in terms of it becoming the everything app. If you want to be the everything app then you also need to let in the everything topics and I believe that's the new focus here of 2023.

Everything content wise now goes on LeoFinance but of course there is still currently a strong community that is focused towards the crypto and finance sectors. But there's been increased vision to provide value to others who are creating value on the LeoFinance front end in particular threads. By creating unique and valuable content that others want to come in and interact with or follow those people.

You'd be suspired at how little content creators their are on large social platforms and how a vast majority are people simply browsing, maybe leaving a like once in a while and sharing it. It's surprisingly low. With LEO however every user even if they are a browser still provides a value now to the token and the ecosystem in terms of ad revenue. That's a huge aspect that shouldn't be overlooked so constant quality content creation is going to be required for months and years it wont happen over night.

Splinterlands

I often bring up splinterlands and even though it's had a very rough end of 2022 I have good hopes that this project will be able to rebound and if it hits the bull market again seriously increase in value to huge highs that will make the 2021 rally look like a small blip on the radar.

We've seen this with many core assets in crypto where the value stagnates and dips after a bull market but after that bull market you actully get a higher base line then the pervious bull market. That's growth! More tokens, higher value is real adoption and growth and it staggers over years like stepping stones as long as all the core fundamentals are good and solid.

I believe in this so much I've now dedicated a new hive account to it @spt.bitcoinflood this account will be all things Splinterlands including games around Splinterlands like Genesis League. I'm excited to use that account to seriously promote and build Splinterlands as it continues to grow and expand. There's soon going to be a lot more to that game besides just battles and that's the kind of stuff I want to get into.

Other Hive Projects

I'd like to get back into focusing on supporting projects on Hive again as I have in the past. However I learned my lesson this time around and instead of a HBD kick in to support projects which many either ended up leaving hive or not focus on it or just haven't moved much at all. The first goal is to support the many new games launching on Hive over the next 6 months.

The most recent that launched today is Splinterforge which is a pretty cool addition to the game and is by a 3rd party. I see a lot more that will be built from Splinterlands and the overall community there but also a vast amount of games like Muterra, Exode and Psyber x.
