DIY: School pencil case inspired by Janni Rebel (Eng - Esp)
Hello, hello creative friends and community @gems, it's a pleasure to greet you and share a new creative project inspired by Janni Rebel, a character from the Splinterlands cards, from which I took as reference the colors; wine, blue and black, it's a school pencil case, ideal to carry pencils and crayons in the new school year, besides keeping them organized.
Hola, hola amigos creativos y comunidad @gems, es un placer saludarles y compartir un nuevo proyecto creativo inspirado en Janni Rebel, un personaje de las cartas de Splinterlands, del cual tomé como referencia los colores; vino, azul y negro, se trata de una cartuchera escolar, ideal para llevar los lápices y creyones en el nuevo año escolar, además de mantenerlos organizados.
The materials used were:
Denim fabric (blue and black)
Dacron fabric (wine and black)

Los materiales usados fueron:

Elaboration
Once the materials were organized, I joined the denim fabrics with a straight stitch to form a square of 25 * 25 centimeters, then I cut another square in lining fabric.

Organizados los materiales, uní las telas denim con puntada recta hasta formar un cuadrado de 25 * 25 centímetros, luego corté otro cuadrado en tela de forro.
Then, with the help of an iron, I glued the fur to the wine-colored fabric, marked and cut three (3) rhombuses.
Luego con ayuda de la plancha pegué el pelón a la tela color vino, marqué y corté tres (3) rombos.
The next step was to sew the zipper facing the main fabric right side to the main fabric and right side to the zipper and lining, sew with straight stitch, repeat and place the slaider. I also sewed a strip that will be the hanger of the pencil case.
El siguiente paso fue coser la cremallera enfrentando por el derecho con la tela principal la tela principal y revés con derecho cierre y forro, cosí con puntada recta, repisé y coloqué el slaider. También cosí una tira que será el colgadero de la cartuchera.
Once the zipper was attached, I pinned the diamonds on the blue fabric strip and sewed with a straight stitch.
Pegado el cierre, sujeté con alfileres los rombos en la franja de tela azul y cosí con puntada recta.
To finish I turned the pencil case inside out, put the hanger at one end, pinned it, sewed with a straight stitch on the sides and with these simple steps the pencil case is finished.
Para finalizar volteé la cartuchera por el revés, puse el colgadero en uno de los extremos, fijé con alfileres, cosí con puntada recta por los lados y con estos sencillos pasos está terminada la cartuchera.
This project is very useful for children at school, they can carry their pencils and have them at hand, it is simple to make and requires few materials.
Este proyecto es de gran utilidad para los niños en la escuela, pueden llevar sus lápices y tenerlos a la mano, además es sencillo de realizar y requiere pocos materiales.
