Over $3000 24-hour trading volume is impressive

As the days go by, Genesis League goals continues to take shape on the developmental front. The market has slowly been reflecting this sentiment as sales have spiked over the last 24 hours, making for an interesting period.

The mini bear market that hit the crypto market has put a damper in proceedings but there's still a general sense of optimism about Genesis League Goals. If you look beyond the price of GLX token and other associated tokens, you'll find that there are other indicators to be hopeful about.

One of such indicator is the card trading volume, as reported in the game's in-game marketplace. As of this moment, it is reported that there is an astonishing trading volume of over $3000.

I still don't have the energy to go through the tracking process but one thing for sure is that I've only made one sale, since the marketplace kicked off. I probably have to tweak my prices in the market before I stand a chance of sale in the short term but overall, I'm sure many of these new collections will be pricey in the future.

Secondary Applications

I don't know of any project right now but I know that just like Splinterlands, there will be 3rd party applications springing up soon. I bet many developers are just waiting to see what the game looks like before diving into their projects.

I don't have concrete information but if I were to speculate, I'd look at the Peakmonsters team and the Splexx team as potential developers that will have something for GLG. An application that enables GLG card traders easily track and record their NFT trading activities will go a long way in making life easier for players.

Again, I think a lot of this will be dependent on the launch of the game. I reckon that too many chopping and changing could dent the purses of potential developers, so they'll also he watching to see how things proceed.

On the other hand, we know that transactions in the project will have a lot of elements of Splinterlands but I can't say to what extent. At this moment, it is pretty much identical to Splinterlands.

Transferring tokens in or out, to players and claiming staking rewards are all done in pretty much the same way as Splinterlands. This could make it mu h easier for potential developers with experience in Splinterlands ecosystem to adapt 3rd party applications that will make life easier for players.

I also think the next big wave of marketing will kick off when the project launches. Other than the official channel's attempt, there will be a lot of marketing by the community.

Immediately after launch, you can expect 3speak and YouTube to be flooded with reviews of the game. Gameplay mechanics, graphics and everything in between will be regularly talked about on social media, leading to a decent chunk of organic promotion.
